I do not think so, I myself crossed 190 KMPH few times but due to not having open road I had to slow down, I never recorded one though. However I will try exploring that a bit in right opportunity like an unused road etc..

Just curious at that revv, you must have got the burning smell inside the cabin right? And this will lead to easy wear of the clutch plate.. but those things aside, the gear ratio of the honda is really neat.. 👍🏻🙂
Its not in the same way you are thinking, although technically the friction plates are responsible for transmitting the power to wheels from crank, however if the clutch is not slipping it does not burn out unless some mechanical issues. Honda is known for the high revving engine performance and it is able to hold the characteristics for laks of users over year after year. I do not have any smell ever and till date I don't have :)
Its an amazing car. Bought 5th gen in aug. Drove 15k kms so far, it drags like a jet, with 125 in 2nd gear, awesome feeling.

I don't feel confident enough after 150.. maybe bcuz of small tyres, 175/65 r15 .. wheels r aligned n balanced... Any thoughts?
Yeah upgrading definitely helps. Although the next closest upgrade 205/50 aren’t easily available and you might have to settle for a 195/55
FYI upgrading from 185/55 - the closest is 205/50.. in your case it’ll be different

Tyre upgradation with reduce accleration and top speed.
not at all flexing here or defaming honda, but the new 1.0 tsi by skoda/vw hits 160 in 3rd gear
Good comparison. Best of luck
Bro great video but Honda city 4 gen hits speed limiter at 190 and never hits 200 when it is stock

@@bobbysolanki1674 4 gear or 5th ?

I still feel Honda City 4th Gen is a very much value added purchase compared to 5th gen.
i could not hear speed warnings at 80 and 120 kmph, can you plz confirm it is so? im getting a fourth gen city 2022...
There are no speed warnings in 4th gen. However, it is a great car.
This is a 4th Gen CITY and BS IV, the Speed alarm came from BS VI models, so yes I have no such warnings.
