Have I ever been to a desert? Bro, I have ONLY lived in deserts. I was born in the southern half of the Tataouine Governorate in tunisia (the second most inhospitable region of the country), and now I live in Kalgoorlie in Australia (right in the hot desert centre of Western Australia).
how do you cope with it?
I guess it's a matter of what your body has adjusted to. I lived in the deserts of Arizona for 6 months and couldn't take it. Always thirsty and couldn't drink enough water. I've always lived in rainy swamps. Do you ever get used to it?

@@Benwut The only thing I miss about Kalgoorlie when I moved to Perth and later Denver was Hammond park. I had so many great times with friends there!

The one for every pub in the UK is probbaly very out of date nowadays, while i was a kid there was easily 10 pubs near enough to my house to walk to but now if you go to that same place you will find less than 3 pubs left, over the last few years pubs have had a especially hard time and have been shutting down in their hundreds so it would be more likely now that atleast 1/5 of those pubs are either gone or have been converted but i would guess its much closer to maybe 1/3

There are around 10k churches in Poland, in my opinion. 300k is definitely too high number.
In the British Empire the people in the colonized places were forced to go to wars (i think?) whereas in the Mongol Empire, many people who survived the war that made Mongols conquer their land just lived as they did before...

I think the UK has a big issue with anti-immigration, particularly with how bad Rishi Sunak is.
I'd rather live under the British Empire because I already do. And I've never been to a desert. I'm just under 1.71m. How do I know? I went to the Roman exhibition at the British Museum where they had a measure on how tall you would be and if you could join the Roman Army.
With Turkey, it may be to do with Kurdish independence fighters or illegal immigrants, just a guess though.
