Recipe and ingredients:
1 large egg.
100 ml warm water.
100 ml warm milk.
Add 40 ml of oil, choose the oil you like, today I used olive oil.
Add 20 g sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.
So that the yeast dissolves completely.
Then add 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.
Knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth.

Grease the bowl with oil.
Cover with cling film and let the dough rise. About 1 hour.
After 1 hour the dough has risen well.
Then divide into 8 equal parts.
Roll small balls of dough.
Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
Roll out into a round shape about 10cm in diameter.
Place on a baking sheet, leaving enough space between them.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
1 large egg for brushing.
Sausages 8 pcs.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
When the bread turns golden brown, you will smell the delicious aroma of bread.
Allow the bread to cool completely.
