Those two light module output different amounts of light
The newer clear module is about 3x brighter for a few moments and roughly 1.5x bright on sustainment.
I have also noticed that the newer one is brighter.
I thought I'm the only one who adds the LED lights to all his victorinox mods. Glad to see that I'm not the only LED freak 👍🤙
😅 They are pretty cool in a way. I'd love to figure a way to get more lumens out of them.
@@FittoSurvive and I will try to print them with my 3D printer. Victorinox doesn't sell the LED lights separately, I've asked them. Always buying a lite model just for the LED is not cost efficient.

Beautiful builds! I love the scales on the bigger tool & size, hence "The Black Mamba...it seems like it is a more "general" use tool...the smaller one appears to be more of an abbreviated tool( travelling light, & clip) for electronics work...like your light placement on both...hence the "Green Hornet"...I like both, good tool sets... especially the dark & beefy...however, this time I like the "hornet" as it looks like it's ready to "float like a butterfly, & sting like", well - a hornet! Nice! Thanks! PS : like your opening...

Thanks! These Cybertools with the LED lights really are thick knives. I recently posted a "shorts" video showing a fairly slim Cybertool.
I carry a cybertool light in my right jeans pocket, I have no issues.

Awesome builds! I am a little confused about the pocket clip though if i am being honest. Looks a bit thick to actually clip to your pocket as intended. Maybe clipping it to a loop on the inside of a pouch i guess?
Thanks. The pocket clip on the titanium scale is definitely not the most useful pocket clip. 😅 It comes this way from the manufacturer. There are scales that you can buy with a much better pocket clip. Or, I can also attach a deep carry pocket clip to just about any scale.

Great job on both but kind of big to carry and definitely too big to clip on your pocket. Not too sure about SAK lights in this day of EDC everyone and their dog (literally with Olights offering) has a flashlight. In fact I attach a AAA one to both the SAKs i carry but other than that great builds. I wish you'd do the strip down, build up videos with all the donor knives and the parts laid out.

I completely agree. The 5 - 10 lumens that you get from the SAK LED light is not impressive at all compared to the latest EDC flashlights.
I have an 84mm build video coming up soon and after that I am planning a 91mm build video for an XAVT+.
Hello, the screwdriver and bit holder of the cybertool can be integrated in the outrider frame ?
I would like a "screwdriver sak" outrider based. No scissor, no small blade. A screwdriver in place of the corkscrew. I love the original outrider's screwdriver very slim and long to access.
Unfortunately no. The bit driver/ bit holder can not be placed in the 111mm Outrider.

More interesting builds, the current version of magnifying glass
is 6x there was an earlier version with a plastic lens that was 5x.
Maybe you can answer a question I have had in videos the new
clear cased light appears brighter than the original gray version ?

That is definitely where the confusion about the clear magnifying glasses is coming in. 😅
I found that the newer (clear) LED was brighter than the grey one. And that was after I installed new batteries in both.
The Cybertool Lite has the LED and magnifying glass together. But you can source them separately from two different knifes. You just have to count the cost of what is going to get you the most parts for the least amount of money. 😅

For me they are too fat. But the knives are beautiful. And very appropriately designed. pretty things and very peculiar. Good job Cody! Incidentally, I always like how well the knives snap.

Where do you get/what is it called for the part that makes the pivot hole for the dragon fly blade smaller?
I use a 4mm brass rod. It has to be ground down slightly to fit, but then it fits in and peens in perfectly.
