▪️ Garlic Chives - 400g
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce. - 2 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tsp
✨ Preparing Dough
▪️ Glutinous Flour - 1 Cup
▪️ Tapioca Flour - 1 Cup
▪️ Rice Flour. - 1/2 Cup
▪️ Salt - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tsp
▪️ Hot Boiling Water - 300ML
▪️ Cooking Oil - 2 Tbsp

Hi sister, I made your recipe today. When I only used 1/2 cup of rice flour, it didn’t come out right. I couldn’t roll the dough until I added 1/2 cup more rice flour then I can make the cake. Thank you.

I was thinking to use liquid too but I was thinking it may change the colour of the dough. that would make it very tasty for the dough part. Thank you for sharing the idea 💕

I tried your recipe tonight. I think 300 ml may be too much. I did not use all the hot water, still the dough is too soft. I had to add more tapioca starch to make it harder a bit. Can I not use the glutinous rice flour? I like my cake fry, crispy on the outside and a little chewy inside, not too chewy. I will keep making until it’s perfect. I like Jicama too with dried shrimps. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
