- Fort William Henry was a British fort constructed in 1755 in Lake George, New York.
A siege in the summer of 1757 that saw much bloodshed, as well as a massacre of sick and wounded, men, women and children, are believed to be the origins behind what some people call, the most haunted fort in New York!

I’ve been to this fort at least 10 times. I’ve never experienced anything, I’ve taken hundreds of photos and nothing ever appeared on either the digital pics or on the slides and negatives 🎞️. However, I’ve always felt a heavy creepy vibe in there, like the place itself had a imposing feel, like you can sense something bad happened there. I never got that feeling at fort Ticonderoga. There’s a lot of history there, you guys should do some evp’s along Fort George Road and the battlefield park as that’s where the columns would have been attacked on the way to fort Edward.
Omg! I remember going as a child! I always wondered where these memories I had came from, and this is the spot. Too bad I didn't realize the paranormal was real until I turned 20.
