The 2005 Commencement speech from Steve Jobs was one of the first UA-cam videos I ever watched and since then I learned more and more about the ability to focus and how it this was Steve Jobs' No 1 Life Hack for almost everything he did.
Not only does FOCUS makes you more productive but also more mindful and stronger which had a huge impact on my life.
To me it's all about managing your attention and keeping your tension in the right balance. Decluttering, mediation but also the right rhythm are parts of that but have a look for yourself.

In your previous videos you said that you became an entrepreneur right after the university. In my country entrepreneurs culture is not so popular and there is not so many resources (or there are so old) where I can find information, the main channel is by video on UA-cam(your channel is one of them). Maybe you can give an advice where I can find any information about: management, teambuilding, networking, marketing and others? Because I think only the knowledge of technologies do not give you an clear vision of the future of your startup.

+Олег Савчук thanks for that feedback! Yes I indeed started very early. The book "Losing my virginity" by Richard Branson was very helpful as a starting point and motivated me to get going. My best advice is to get started and understand that it's a marathon not a sprint. Have a look at Gary Vaynerchuks UA-cam channel he shares a lot of his experiences here in YT
