Just a note for using retinol, you need an spf in the morning because it sensitises your skin ☺️

Chin acne is normally hormonal or stress related! You can definitely get adult acne, I'm 29 this weekend and have more spots than ever! I'm trying skin and me though. Retinol is great for anti ageining too, but don't use it every night, it can get super sensitising to your skin!

I applied to adopt a dog last week and im thinking of getting sunnyside things for him!
I would recommend the Paula's Choice BHS 2% Solution for your pores and breakouts! Obviously if the Retinoid works for you then that's perfect, but if you want a gentler approach then you could go back to your trusty Vitamin E etc but just add in a BHA and that will gently exfoliate and is really good for spots and pores! Also, always important to use SPF50 daily anyway, but when you're using a Retinoid it's especially important so please don't skip that step in the morning while you use this product at night! Salicylic is pronounced "SAL-ih-SILL-ic"! Loved this wee day in the life :) xxx
