As someone with an underactive thyroid- the big thing that helped me personally was going gluten free, I'm not militant about it since I still eat croissants occasionally but just not eating gluten everyday or even every week helped me so much! I also try to keep to a balanced diet, something you already do. The supplements I found helpful are cod liver oil, vitamin c, vitamin b and iron. Keeping stress down was important for me and to do that I incorporate my hobbies into everyday life so I love dancing so I go to dance classes, pilates and sometimes yoga and I'm trying to do more art this year. I get lots of fresh air since nature really helps me too! Sleep really made a difference to me and as someone who struggles sleeping I found having a morning and night routine that work for me really helped, so I tidy up my space in the evening and then read to wind down and in the morning I journal, read and drink green tea after or before getting ready. Not drinking alcohol also helps me, so I gave up drinking which is fairly tough at university. I really hope some of this was helpful and not patronising! Love you xx
Han I’ve been feeling tiredness like you were explaining at the beginning of the video for actually YEARS and I’ve never spoken to a doctor about it because I write off my worried feelings as anxiety. Really positive hearing you’ve had answers (even after such a long time !) I’m gonna call the doctors on Monday and book myself in 😘
So good to hear someone discussing thyroid issues! I've got an underactive thyroid too and have been on levothyroxine for years, its really helped :) and when an underactive thyroid is undiagnosed it can cause so many other problems too! hope you feel better soon
Same, I go for my yearly blood test now as it's relatively undercontrol with 150mg. Had to go for it early last week though as I can just *tell* my dose needs to be increased.
@@sophiem9680 I feel that! I was so bad at taking them towards the end of last year. I started using the medication tracker on my iPhone in the health app though, so it buzzes me just before I start work to take them. I've found that super useful! It also really bugs me when I miss one and it messes my 'streak' haha so might be worth looking into if you haven't set it up?
This was my favourite vlog glad you enjoyed London it looked fab ❤ someone hit and run our car and in disabled so it’s my life line and I VE been so upset this video defo cheered me up and calmed me down xxxxxx
Could you please do a tutorial from start to finish on how you do your gel nails and with which products etc? Really want to be able to do them on my own, but skeptical about buying an expensive lamp/polishes and being as clumsy as I am 🤣 Thanks! 💗
So. If you can still, would do, can do, so, read it under the water, under water, that would be, that should be alright for you, perhaps. :-) Bye, ya. Cheers, Benjamin
Hello, bon jour, bonjour, Hannas. Hello, Hennahs. :-) Your watch, your silbern one, the silbern one suits you. But. Also, a running watch, a digital one, a digital, running watch for running would suite you, perhaps, actually, well. Perhaps, a not to big one. But. One, that you can, sort of, read very well, one that tells you, sort of, the time, that is now, in very big nubers, and in very big, in big digits, so to say, perhaps. Something you will be able to also, to read in the night very well. :-) Bye, ya. Cheers, Benjamin
Suites you, actually, quite well your hair so, I find. But. Also, if you would come, had come, out of the water, out of the sea with your hair, your hair would suite you very well like that, I think, I find. Bye, ya. Cheers, Benjamin
Perhaps, that time of the year is porridge time. Perhaps, that time of the year is also algae, and seaweed, japonaise, japanese style time of year. And tea drinking time, perhaps. Bye, ya. Cheers, Benjamin

Ah. I think, there was, was there, a Swatch shop, was there. Swatch had good customer service, so, as, when I was in one. Almost every time, I was in one of the Swatch shops. Perhaps, it is just me, who is, I like Swatch watches sometimes. :-) Thank you. Bye, ya. Cheers, Benjamin
So. If you do bring some one back their watch there, someone will there, perhaps, take a look at it, at the watch as well. And some one might also change the battery for you. I just liked walking in there. Cheers, Benjamin
Thank you so much for talking about your anxiety about going out and how it happens but you move past it and can still have an amazing time. As someone who has anxiety that got so much worse over the course of the pandemic, it is so helpful and encouraging to see someone else talking about it and going out to have an amazing time.
So many options, paddling pool, damp towel that you freeze, frozen chews and treats like kongs licky mats horns etc, shade, ice cubes in small amounts, frozen carrots, cold water, shade
