The racing from Cheltenham plugged here was in fact frozen off (the start of a terrible run for the course's New Year meeting, though that mainly affected C4 once they had the rights), and was I think replaced by yet another old film. 'Early One Morning' is from 1978 - like 'Turn to the Wind', the sort of thing that seemed impossibly otherworldly when shown on early 90s BBC2 or C4, even though it was only as long ago as the Blair landslide now.
