Good on you Arlene, and this wet weather is a great time to look at boats (any leaky windows will show up like a soar thumb) Best of luck with your boat hunting. Hope to bump into you on the water some day. H&M

Will yours be on the erne this season ?. D & A.
Hi Declan, yes, I've heard that that follies cut sandbank has caught out quite a few people. I'd don't think we'll be on the Erne this season, although I would like to get a spin up the Erne if time allows at the end of the season. Hope you have loads of good adventures on your new boat 👍 H&M
I am lol 😂. since a few weeks ago we sold the Bayliner we had and now we have a sealine f34 it’s a lovely boat plenty of room on her hope to see u around soon hope to see u back at Quivvy
Hi Maynard, not a silly question at all. The Ulster Canal once provide that link, and now it's being restored. Have a look at our video Canal Restoration The Ulster Canal for more info👍
Just Wondering. When you travel from place to place do you leave your boat there, travel home and come back the next weekend and head off again? If you do How do you get home from some of these more remote ports?
Kenneth Rodgers, Hi Kenneth, we usually go for a few days at a time, usually about a week if we have time off. But we usually bring the bost back to its port, or put it in a new port and taxi or scrounge a lift back to the car. Very occasionly I'll cycle back but havn't done that in a while 😁
Rob Mcg, Hi when it's fully restored it will go all the way to Lough Neagh. Then if they open the Laggan Navigation you could cruise all the way to Belfast Lough. It would make a superb waterway network.
Driftwood Boat Blog strabane canal extending 6km from the tidal river foyle to strabane there two lock there built in 1791 it was closed in the 1932 i know that there a walk way beside it and british waterway with a view to studying the potential for the future use of the canal i hope it come it be one way system in and out to the shannon

What's the flag?
It's a non political flag, it's called the Erne Flag. It combines the green and white from the Republic of Ireland with the blue and white of the UK.
