How to make - Pineapple Upside Down cake

Hi guys,
Haven't made this cake in absolute ages! It is super easy to make, hope you all enjoy it. We like having this with hot custard mainly but do enjoy it with ice cream or on its own as well. Do you have a preference on how you enjoy eating this cake? Let me know in the comments x
