I'M SO HAPPY! I honestly suggest EVA foam because sooo many people say it's easier to work with (and it's wayyy lighter) but insulation foam is easier for me so up to you!
Oooh! This was super helpful, I made the basic version but still need to make her ring blade. Wasn't sure how to proceed (I'm not much of a crafter) but I'll go find the materials at my local store tomorrow 😀 And btw, you look absolutely fabulous in this costume!

Hi i hope you’re still active on this page! I was wondering how you travelled with Qiyana’s ohmlatl?? In the video it seemed like you finished it in the hotel room instead of the location you started making it in, and you have the spackling, so did you have to take it apart after you applied it to travel with it? Or you waited until the hotel room to put the spackling on there? Thinking about cosplaying qiyana and this video was heavensent
Hi!! I shoved it into the backseat of my car and it BARELY fit 😅 If it’s too big you might even be able to attach it to the top of your car? Otherwise you can maybe add pvc pipe so you can break it apart and assemble it for travel 🥰
