Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

Now at the age of 40, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single year for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advicmonth e mentioned earlier. I failed at everything in life.moved to Germany at 14 by myself from Iran. Failed 13th grade and decided to run and came to LA. Failed at Santa Monica College, Started a clothing company that I had for 7 years and it failed. Went to UCLA at 31, graduated but quit law school after 5 days. Went back to community college at 35 and studied aircraft maintenance. Worked for Lockheed, Boeing, and SpaceX...and after 14 years I failed at that too.
In January of 2022 I just couldn't anymore. Crying, shaking (crying now as I write this) and my 78 and 86 year old parents had to come to my help, and I am 51. No wife, no kids, and lost $200K of my father's money too when I had my clothing company when they came here from Iran.
Now I am starting a driving school for teen and adults. I am not good at anything and don't know what I am doing, but I still have the desire to succeed. God help me.

Two years with this business I am doing now. I have felt like an imposter. I have felt like a great salesman.I have felt like a shitty salesman. I have felt like a winner, a loser, successful and failing. All in the same day. One thing I have never felt, is wanting to quit. And that is what I am excellent at. Never stopping.I just began to understand that survival sometimes means selling to a client's competitor because that client doesn't commit, or pays late all the time. Truly, the emotionnal aspect has to be kicked away. Money talks. And the other things that talk loud and speak volumes, is consistency, perseverance and self control.

I love your determination and courage to do what you like to do and you don't stop trying for anybody.I am like you and I agree with everything that you say and the only other thing I would add to this is the world changes and you have to go with that change, when you have exhausted a type of business, then its time to try something else and I am sure you would agree. To have your irons in many fires and see which ones pan out, its exploring the never ending opportunities out there and picking right ones that work for you, but you have to do your homework and take your time to make sure you get it right the first time otherwise its going to cost you money. And good for you for taking the time to express your thoughts, Bruce.

4:39 this is sooooo TRUE ... I'm getting less people around me ☹️ I'm not that super successful entrepreneur, I'm currently running my own VA business for 3 years. So yeah, I don't have time to hang out with people I used to hang out before. Being a digital entrepreneur has never been easy, and you need to be careful on choosing people to work with you or having them around you.

Becoming wealthy is actually very simple. Not easy but it is way simpler than most people believe. Most people watching this video are looking for a secret or magic or some grand idea or something. The secrets to wealth are three: 1) All income is generated from selling something. If you have an income, unless you work for government or a non profit organization your money comes because someone is selling something. Think of it. Have you ever sold an item? What happened to the amount of money in your pocket when you did that? Wanna be rich? First thing is you need to start selling something every single day. 2) Do not spend all of the money you make. If you make $50 selling something, pocket $10 and stack the rest. Stack it until you can buy something to turn into an income producing asset. Something that makes money. Then stack that cash and buy something else that makes money. Wash, rinse, repeat. And 3) Just keep going. Always. Never ever quit.
If you do those three things, wealth is inevitable. Learn to sell, live on less than you earn, stack cash in an index fund until you have enough to buy an asset, stack cash and buy another asset. Repeat the cycle ad infinitium until you are wealthy.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

Several of the biggest market experts have been voicing their opinions on exactly how awful they think the next downturn would be, and how far equities may have to go, as recession draws closer and inflation continues well above the Fed's 2% objective. I'm trying to build a portfolio of at least $850k by the time I'm 60, therefore I need suggestions on what investments to make.
