I know, right? In fact, I like to imagine a crossover episode, with "Foster's Home" and "Powerpuff Girls" with Boogie Man and Dancy Pantalones having a dance-off. Dancy Pantalones would totally win, though. He is the master of dance.
I'm happy Boogie Man is on this list. He may be evil on the inside, but, he's cool on the outside, and loves to party, much like me. That's why he's my favorite.
Fun Fact: Lenny Baxter was based on Jeff Albertson, better known as Comic Book Guy. He even hosted his own segment during what I call the Cartoon Cartoons era.
Out of The Rowdy Ruff Boys I was interested in Boomer as a character the most. I personally felt bad that he was picked on and looked down upon by his brothers but I think it would’ve been cool if there was an episode where he decided to stand up to them and leave them kinda like the episode where Billy from The Gangreen Gang left the group.
Brick and Butch were awful to Boomer. I'm not sure if they were like that in bubble boy bc they saw through the disguise or they just always treat Boomer like that, but it was quite sad. Boomer is probably the only one with the best and complex personality. In my opinion
@@EDeeDeeS I agree. Why can't they be nice to him. I mean does blossom and buttercup pick on bubbles that much? No. So why can't brick and butch do the same thing? :( of course blossom and buttercup were picking on bubbles in the episode of "helter shelter" they were like "oo busted 😀" but that dosent mean they hate her. So it would be interesting if boomer had a episode where he stand up for himself. Just like billy from the gangreen. Seriously I'm proud of billy for stranding up for himself from the gang green gang. But I'm not proud of boomer for not standing up in front of his brothers.
Yea, I also wish there was an episode where Fuzzy left the Beet-Als, sure he's mean but in my opinion he's not THAT evil, in fact I would go as far to say he's not evil AT ALL. He's not a villainous mastermind, just a jerk who needs to take a chill pill ( which he probably will ). So, I wish he would get redeemed like this: The Beet-Als have the ULTIMATE battle with the powerpuff girls, but Fuzzy Lumpkins stands up to the rest of the Beet-Als, even cursing them out. After that he pleads and begs the girls that he is done being evil for good, the girls think about it, and they belive him, Fuzzy fights along side the girls to save the day and defeat the Beet-Als. In order for the girls and Fuzzy to defeat the Beet-Als they have to throw valentine 💝 💌 sacrifice in a volcano 🌋 on a location a made up myself named " Sunset Beach " and the first team to throw the valentine sacrifice in the volcano gets the ultimate prize or a bomb 💣 to use to explode and kill the opposing team. In the end Fuzzy and the powerpuff girls throw their sacrifice in the volcano first and ends up winning the prize bomb to kill the Beet-Als a.k.a Princess Morebucks, mojo Jojo and HIM, and Fuzzy also gets a million dollars 💸 💵 💲 as a reward for his and the girls hard work. Afterwards Fuzzy stars celebrating his win by doing jumps and pumps in the air, than suddenly two mermaids 🧜♀️ come over and ask Fuzzy and the girls that whether or not he and the girls threw any valentines in the volcano ( which they did ) because there were posters at the bottom of the volcano not to do so because if they did, the volcano will erupt. And as you might expect lava gently pouring out of the volcano 🌋. Then suddenly Lenny Baxster appears behind a very worried and anxious Fuzzy, and then Lenny full on starts attacking Fuzzy, 😯😮😱. In the end Lenny falls in the about to erupt volcano with the million dollar bag 💰. And the volcano erupts and everyone ( including Fuzzy and the girls) starts screaming and running away from the volcano and off the beach. So that's it, do you like my episode or not and why?
I bet that if the Rowdy Ruff Boys were to get redemption arcs, they'd be individual and Boomer would be the first to get redeemed, then Brick, and leaving Butch for last. But that would propose an interesting premise of an episode on what would happen if Mojo Jojo, being the boys' dad, were to fight his now redeemed sons.
It always bugged me up when the powerpuff girls beat rainbow the clown even though he wasn't possessed anymore... nice to see that the writers didn't want to do it
23:38 not only townsville but the whole planet. When the girls flew to space before crashing down, Earth was completely red, hinting that Him controlled everything and everyone.
Some would say that Dick is actually worse than HIM because Dick is the only villain on the show to be taken completely seriously, having no redeeming qualities and minimal comedic moments besides how he swallows the Chemical X and, obviously, his name, while HIM has comedic moments that do detract from his actions.
The thing is, HIM is treated comedically because that's what he WANTS. He wants to be entertained, and the one time the curtain is truly pulled off enough that we can see his true desires, it STILL has to be censored symbolically enough because it'd be too traumatic to witness. Dick Hardly definitely is a big villain, but to be villainous enough to just be feared for a simple GLANCE? That's something else.
@@entwixed3406I agree that he's genuinely terrifying when he's taken completely seriously, so him being comedic makes it a minor prevention. But he still cared about Rowdypuff Boys, while Dick cared about no one but himself. And it's also worth noting that Dick is a human, while HIM is the Devil HIMself. We can safely say that he was meant to be evil, while the former chose to be evil while having no tragic backstory. He's also in the Pure Evil wiki. Not even HIM is there. But he's still on Near Pure Evil wiki.
I love how the villains of this show represent the villains of reality Mojo Jojo - the guy who's smart but thinks he's above everyone Him - The creep, emotionally manipulative, the guy who has all the power in the world but is just full of hate Princess - the spoiled brat/ thinks she's the most important Fuzzy - the antisocial guy Sedusa - The crazy lady Gangrene Gang - the thugs who bully everyone
Reminder that Dick Hardly considered processing the carcasess of the Powerpuff Girls for food. He wanted to eat(or have other people eat) Little Girls.
I think the silver-medallion goes to the Gnome from the episode " See me, Gnome me". This little gnome appeared to the girls when they were unable to fight all the villians at the same time and could not keep up. He have an offer to the girls that he would defeat all the villians and bring peace to the town. But in exchange the girls must give their superpowers to him. They agrees and gives him their powers and he summons old elders from the earth and sea. They teach him an ancient chant that brings him mystical superpowers and he fulfills his promise to the girls but also takes away their powers. At first everything seems to actually be peaceful and nice but the Professor informs the girls that everybody in the town now worships the Gnome as some kind of cult and they are more like slaves without own thoughts, dreams ore freedom. The girls know the deal is off since there is still evil in the town despite the Gnome's promise so they get their powers back. They tries to overthrow the Gnome who fights back but the girls tells him that he can never be a savior if he himself is about to be the dictator. He understands that he can't be a Rightful ruler in a perfect word because without evil good can't shine. He is then falls down to his demise.
Fun fact: the amoeba boys Were voiced by Chuck McCann, who was also the original voice of Sonny, The mascot of Cocoa Puffs. He also had a bit role as Loostgarten, an incompetent demolitions operator in Disney’s film, Herbie Rides Again.
Another Fun Fact: Like the Amoeba Boys and Fuzzy Lumpkins, the Gangreen Gang appeared in an original short before the series. Also, Ace is a new member of Gorillaz.
I think he forgot to mention that HIM literally revived the RRB and could possibly revive other villians that were destroyed. Possibly Bunny and turning her evil.
Two questions were left unsolved. What became of the little girl who indirectly and literally ruined Al’s life? And how did that Iron Maiden bring him back as a zombie? Did Him put a curse on it?
It truly must be a testament to true villainy to be feared and technically be able to WIN, without doing a single thing. His goals aren't meant to be "defeat the powerpuff girls", as he much as he says he despises em, he just wants them to be tormented, and with eachof his appearances, he traumatizes them slowly. Giving them strings for him to use in future ways, he did say he never does repeat performances, and well, there's a point. His performances aren't meant to do more than to torture them... Honestly, I could imagine an episode where all HIM would need to do is just... appear on their couch, and they'd be extreme terrified and on edge-

The big bad of Savers was probably more evil than Millenniummon. The Genocide against Digimon so that he could awaken 1 of their Demon Lords that would rampage throughout Tokyo, putting a bomb around the neck of a little girl to ensure her older brother sided with him, & with his death he set both Earth & the Digital World to collide & destroy eachother. At least Millenniummon had good inside of him as proven with Cyberdramon.
@@WaterKirby1994 I put Millenniummon as most evil because it's ultimate goal is essentially the end of all existence, which is the furthest any villain in the franchise has went, it's only redeeming quality is it's twisted care for Ryo.
@@neosolitudexevermore4895 Kurata was so much scummier than a traditional end all existence villain that chose to keep the Digidestined as unharmed prisoners for some reason. To answer if there was someone who could raise the boys to be good, i've seen a few fanfics that have them adopted and trained by Agent Honeydew (from Dial M for Monkey). I honestly would like to see that in a spinoff.
There's a trend I've seen in very effective villains, and most often they are the kinds whose villainy is so great that they force the heroes to change their outlook. From Grimmel Of HTTYD3 To Kilmonger of Black Panther, these villains directly changing the course of the hero's journey. That was the kind of villain I saw in Him.
All the main villains of the powerpuff girls tv show Mojo Jojo Him Fuzzy Lumpkins The Gangreene Gang The Amoeba Boys Sedusa Princess Morbucks The Rowdyruff Boys
I think the rowdy ruff boys should have been at the top 3 and here why in the episode,” Boys are back in town” they literally almost killed and destroyed them and blossom even said we’ve met our match so basically saying there almost defeated. Plus they were raised by Mojo and him the top villains in Townsville
Dick hardly was truly terrifying. That one episode he was in was truly terrifying and a mini horror movie. He's also more evil than HIM. At least HIM has a comedic element to him, Dick hardly is just pure nightmare fuel.
Thank you! People will say look at Speed Demon, but I'll say Him is literally the personification of evil, he is evil incarnate. He's supposed to be evil. And he does have a comedic element about him, and he did show parental care towards the Rowdyruff Boys. Dick is taken completely seriously. The scary thing is Dick isn't some monster, demon, or alien with powers, he's human that's selfish, greedy, and cares for no one but himself. And there are people in real life like Dick Hardly. Perhaps his most evil moment was draining the Chemical X from the girls and killing them. Despite the Professor promising to surrender his life to him and make him an unlimited supply, he still decides to kill the girls out of sadism and just so he can have more Chemical X anyway.
The fact that Him takes over 50 years in the future if the girls are gone makes him the strongest & most evil. The creator confirmed he killed off the other villains in the "Speed Demons" episode as well...
23:22 I think the strongest villain in the series is actually the Gnome from the episode ''See me, feel me gnomey''. Too bad you didn't include him on the list. He can one shot every other villain at once , including HIM, so obvioulsy in power he is number one. Though I don't think he would also be the most evil here. Yes, he only saved Townsville so people would woship him and even had ''live for me'' in his song but he is one of the few villains in PPG and pretty much all of cartoons to actually keep his promises. Also compared to what HIM did to people, in ''Speed demon'', the Gnome only to made them memebrs of a cult and he seem to somewhat care about the people I believe in terms of villainy, he is comparable to professor Dick but they are way different. In my opinion Dick is embodies what unregulated capitalism leads to. Everything is about making money, no matter what. And the Gnome embodies comunism and/or religious fundamentalism leads. Where you don't have any individuality and your only purpose is to worship the leader.

Femme Fatale is a strange blend of controversial and still very relevant.
I love that episode and I'm not a girl. Stills to relevant nowadays
Simple its like the Same people like on twitter who preach about equal rights yet they dont want to do none of the work for it.
Just curious, who, besides me, is a fan of Boogie Man? He's a cool, party-loving monster. Got to love him for that.
He was one of the most original villains in the show.
I know, right? In fact, I like to imagine a crossover episode, with "Foster's Home" and "Powerpuff Girls" with Boogie Man and Dancy Pantalones having a dance-off. Dancy Pantalones would totally win, though. He is the master of dance.
Do Townsville Monsters Like The Boogieman & His Friends Get Inflicted With Party Related Diseases?
Maybe. After all, "boogie" is in his name.
All i can say is i wish he was a recurring villain, out of all the one-time villains he was my favourite.
I'm happy Boogie Man is on this list. He may be evil on the inside, but, he's cool on the outside, and loves to party, much like me. That's why he's my favorite.
I'm not even going to dispute this list. We all knew HIM was gonna come out on top of the evil pile.
So, I wish he would get redeemed like this:
The Beet-Als have the ULTIMATE battle with the powerpuff girls, but Fuzzy Lumpkins stands up to the rest of the Beet-Als, even cursing them out.
OMG AGREEED
Wait was dick dead in a fire or the other ppg killed him?
The ones who created the 2016 reboot are the most evil villains from the Powerpuff Girls.

I love how the villains of this show represent the villains of reality
Mojo Jojo - the guy who's smart but thinks he's above everyone
Him - The creep, emotionally manipulative, the guy who has all the power in the world but is just full of hate
Princess - the spoiled brat/ thinks she's the most important
Fuzzy - the antisocial guy
Sedusa - The crazy lady
Gangrene Gang - the thugs who bully everyone
TIL I'm Fuzzy Lumpkins.
Wow
Another Fun Fact: Like the Amoeba Boys and Fuzzy Lumpkins, the Gangreen Gang appeared in an original short before the series. Also, Ace is a new member of Gorillaz.
I think he forgot to mention that HIM literally revived the RRB and could possibly revive other villians that were destroyed. Possibly Bunny and turning her evil.
At least Ace seem to turn a bit better as temporary bassist for Gorillaz while Murdoc was in jail
Roach Coach did call himself “the Future Ruler of the World.” So he did plan on ruling all of Earth, and not just Townsville.
Roach Coach was basically like "Edgar The Bug" from the Men In Black movie.
Two questions were left unsolved. What became of the little girl who indirectly and literally ruined Al’s life? And how did that Iron Maiden bring him back as a zombie? Did Him put a curse on it?
Former: Grown up and Had a Family.
Latter: Its Townsville. Really, The Boogie Man and The Sandman Exists.
I have a theory that the little girl is Professor Utonium's mother.
Out of the villains in PPG, I feel actual sympathy for Fuzzy Lumpkins and the gangreen gang.
I feel sympathy for Rainbow/Mr. Mime, Lou Gubrious, and Abracadaver, and sometimes Mojo.

There should have been more screen time for Rowdyruff Boys -- possibly more Boys or Rowdyruff Boys meet their younger selves.

Amoeba boys: we are not using masks in pandemic
Don’t forget that it’s also implied that after HIM took over the whole world he killed all the other villains for no reason other than he could.
Honestly, I could imagine an episode where all HIM would need to do is just... appear on their couch, and they'd be extreme terrified and on edge-
The Rowdyruff boys should have their very own spin-off television series

Keep in mind this guy was human & didn't have any malevolent code or dark spore guiding him, he was just over the top evil in every way with no justification ever given.

To answer if there was someone who could raise the boys to be good, i've seen a few fanfics that have them adopted and trained by Agent Honeydew (from Dial M for Monkey). I honestly would like to see that in a spinoff.
Princess Morebucks is an evil version of both Richie Rich and Annie.

15:15 Princess Morbucks
I remember that episode "Bought & Scold", where Princess Morbucks made crime legal.
@Pharell Scott and the Powerpuff Girls used her own law against her by robbing her stuff.
HIM's one of my all time favorite villains in this show
The fact that Him takes over 50 years in the future if the girls are gone makes him the strongest & most evil. The creator confirmed he killed off the other villains in the "Speed Demons" episode as well...
Wicked Binge: "Who is the most ruthless villain?"
Me (Powerpuff Girls' voice): "It's HIM!"
HIM: "I'm baaaack!..." *Evil, maniacal laugh*
Dreamworks villains weak to powerful please
23:22 I think the strongest villain in the series is actually the Gnome from the episode ''See me, feel me gnomey''. Too bad you didn't include him on the list.
He can one shot every other villain at once , including HIM, so obvioulsy in power he is number one. Though I don't think he would also be the most evil here. Yes, he only saved Townsville so people would woship him and even had ''live for me'' in his song but he is one of the few villains in PPG and pretty much all of cartoons to actually keep his promises. Also compared to what HIM did to people, in ''Speed demon'', the Gnome only to made them memebrs of a cult and he seem to somewhat care about the people
I believe in terms of villainy, he is comparable to professor Dick but they are way different.
In my opinion Dick is embodies what unregulated capitalism leads to. Everything is about making money, no matter what. And the Gnome embodies comunism and/or religious fundamentalism leads. Where you don't have any individuality and your only purpose is to worship the leader.
