@@firstdowntraining i think a subtle thing the back step is good for is making the defender read 1 extra move so on the next move his brain is already waiting for the second to jump it when really it’s the third move for example, back step and he reacts to the inside boom third move is inside, where as if you dont check step you move inside thats the first read now instead of the second if that makes sense
Hey coach, I’m a QB and I can be accurate pretty well, can obviously work on it but a lot of times I release the ball far right. Do you know why that is? It doesn’t happen every throw but i feel like it’s screwing my chances of starting.
