This gave me some great ideas. I do decorate for Valentine's, nothing over the top but a little bit of pinks and creams. The red I put out is the dozen of Roses that my husband made out of paper napkins when we were dating, it was our first Valentine's together so I cherish them and every year I get to reminisce about us dating.
I am a preschool teacher so I do decorate the classroom more !
The candy hearts definitely not edible 🤢 but are very fun to use in decorating....💕

They all look great! I have decorations for Valentine’s Day and things to make more, but haven’t decorated for it in a few years. PS...the mop come apart so you can remove all strands at once for longer pieces as well.

Very cute! I don’t normally decorate for Valentine’s Day but my 6 year old daughter got sad that I wasn’t. I guess she was just surprised cause I go all out for Christmas, Halloween and Easter. So I might just have to put some things out, I also don’t want to use reds so this helps thanks 😊

Have you considered using polymer clay instead of salt dough? I can’t wait to have the time to try it but I also got a set of drill bits for Christmas that make wooden beads. I think it’s gonna be sooooo much fun to make the clay hearts and the wooden beads for my own garlands.

I don't think the sweetheart candies are disgusting, but I don't run out and purchase them to eat either. To me candy corn is worse. Love your garland, curious if you have tried to use the mop to make a tassel?? Didn't know how it would look☺️. Thanks for sharing 💖

Is there any chance you could do a complete tutorial on how to make these simple vinyl words on your Cricut? I have a new Cricut, but can’t figure out how to do the most simple thing on it. My design space does not look like any tutorial I have seen which makes it difficult to follow. My PC is not compatible so I have to use my IPad.
I’m not a fan of the Conversation hearts either. The sweet tart brand ones are good though.

Just a tip to keep the salt dough away from pets bc it will instantly kill or make them terribly sick if they eat it.
