I stopped watching vloggers for a while but I accidentally saw your vlog 2 weeks ago and I found myself watching your vids every night! I die laughing every time!! You both are hilarious! I luv it when you imitate other vloggers' voice, the "IS THIS THE PHILIPPINES OR..." thing🤣🤣. In addition, love the way you don't sugarcoat things - honest reviews on things, places etc (esp food!) and the no nonsense out of the blue topics. Piece of advice, every pedestrian crossing here's gonna kill you 🤣, you still need to use hand signal whenever crossing one (raise a hand as if to signal the vehicle to stop) if there's no stoplight. Your vlogs are very aesthetic I should say. Keep it up! By the way, It's a big YES - you got scammed! Charge to experience! 😁
Out of all the foreign vloggers who have visited the Philippines, you guys have assimilated with our culture and people the fastest. It shows that every reaction video you did about the Philippines, prior to arriving to the country, youve taken to heart. The places you prefer and even the mode of transportation you choose to use are so filipino. Now you just need a trusty umbrella whenever you guys are walking under the hot Philippines sun to complete your "pinoy starter pack" 😂. But kidding aside, we appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for all positivity and happiness you shower us with your vlogs. 🤗🤗

Out of all the foreigner vloggers in the Philippines, you guys are the ones I relate to the most. You guys prefer to go malling, just chilling, eating food, & having a good time just walking around! 🇵🇭
You guys really did the "normal living" in the Philippines other than the more aesthetic trip around the islands. This is a breath of fresh air from all the island adventures I see in UA-cam everyday. Philippines is not all paradise and your vlogs shows the "normal" side of Philippines. It's just another country that happens to have beautiful beaches. I hope you reward yourself with some beach trip before you go back to US though. For a grand finale.
You guys have undeniably good camera work whenever you document your travels. It just looks raw and transparent, and we can clearly see the passion that goes into the overall filming process of your vlogs. Best of luck and always take care of yourselves.
In designing the mall, Megaworld consulted the Rome-based architectural firm Paolo Marioni Architetto to ensure that the Venice Grand Canal Mall stays true to its Venetian inspiration. Highlighting the mall is the man-made Grand Canal. The mall's grand canal offers mall guests an Italian experience with gondola ride tours by singing gondoliers. The mall also has replicas of a) St. Mark's Campanile in Piazza San Marco b) the Rialto Bridge, which is inspired by the famous bridge in Venice c) Ponte de Amore Bridge, where mallgoers can participate at the mall's love locks installation.
So you guys walked from SM Aura to the American Memorial Cemetery then to the Venice Grand Canal Mall, that's tough! Mad respect, hopefully, you had a blast. 😄👍
A lot of foreign vloggers like to visit the rural areas of the Philippines and explore nature, go to the beach, or do some island hopping. That's what the Philippines is well-known for and we are happy for that. But sometimes we want to see something different. It's a breath of fresh air that you guys spend your time exploring the Philippines' urban areas. We appreciate you for appreciating the beauty in our cities.
Nakakaoverwhelmed everytime ng may ibang lahi/foreigners na naappreciate ang culture, foods & country natin. ❤ kaya let's support our them. So proud of you guys
Funny thing about the 800 pesos, it was very specific and he could have asked for more if it was a scam. My guess is it's not. Poor guy, should have planned better when traveling to the Philippines. But, kudos to you guys for lending a helping hand. For $16 bucks, you might really have done a good deed for the day.
Yes. There is potato shortage in the Philippines. The fastfood chains could not serve medium and large fries due to shortage. That was months ago. I'm not sure if it's still a problem. As time goes by, there's issue with sugar, white onions and other food supplies.
Well, local farmers have been throwing their harvested crops because nobody wants to buy them. The hoarders wanted imported products and vegetables, so they can make more money you know! sad part of a history 🥺
There is no potato shortage lol. Where did you get that info? The large cardboard fries container are made in Ukraine and because of the war, they are no longer getting made and imported.
Y’ll should go to Batanes. That’s the northern most province of the country. It would be quite an adventure going there and island hoping in that province. Very clean and beautiful place too. Batanes vids are always a hit coz a lot of Filipinos wanna visit that place. Big chance you might even meet again the Peruvian guy over there too. That is if he really lives there lol.
If you want to try authentic Italian food in the Philippines, i suggest you go to BELLINI'S located in Cubao, Quezon City. It is owned by an Italian immigrant, a former paparazzi. Mr. Bellini also frequently serves the customers and you can interview him while you dine in.
Speaking of shortage, if you go to Mary Grace Cafe you won't be able to order their famous ensaymada because of 'importation' shortage of queso de bola, a main ingredient that makes it special. They do not want to compromise on this ingredient and use something else. They did just introduce a manchego-cheese ensaymada for those missing their ensaymada cravings so bad. Their ensaymada is a must-try with their traditional Filipino-style hot chocolate. The pandemic (plus the Russia-Ukraine war) affected the supply of queso de bola (edam cheese from Holland) because they're aged cheese. And I think production of it were halted so that we're now in that aging gap where the cheeses would have rightly matured. And yes, there's actually a GLOBAL shortage for potatoes, specifically those for fries used by a lot of fast food chains. We do use local potatoes and most retaurants have had to come up with their chips or fries version but probably cannot change their menu printing for what seems like a temporary issue maybe?
If you stay a little late you'll see and hear an opera performance.. and a nice ambiance.. At around 6 or 7.. When they open the lights that place will set a relaxing tone..
3:01 i think you got scammed. batanes is the northern-most provice of the philippines. only accessible by PLANE, which flies only once a week. batanes' is a very beautiful place, the rolling hills are compared to new zealand. that crosswalk which resembles a keyboard is so cool. i feel so embarrassed that you failed to get the food you wanted.
I recommend to two travel to north to south in the Philippines because it’s many places in the Philippines that you would like to visit like vigan city it’s like a spanish two on the colonial era

Don't be surprised that most if not all restaurants in the Philippines don't have a complete menu. You'll always hear the words "not available" or "out of stock" not only in restaurants but in stores as well.
I am in Cavite Das Marinas GMA province go to the provinces and you will experience different culture. The city is like American vibes. And ride motorcycles
According to the news these days there's a problem with the imported product here in Philippines and the other parts of the world too so, it's kinda global phenomenon but in different levels per each country, like even production of French fries here is also affected. Also the crude product makes the deliveries and purchasing the materials makes the goods expensive.
Coz the government relies all our food products on imports for decades. But I disagree many potato growers in the country its just the potatoes did not reach Manila or the restaurants relies on imports probably.
@@sherinick7523 as for your information there's a specific potato that doesn't grow here in Philippines that these restaurant and fast food counter chain is using that is currently high in demand. Not all potatoes are qualified for their standards specially the mc and Joly.
