Yohh!!I wish I heard this before resigning.Thank you.Kgomotso should just write a book about this corporate thing.I will sell it 🤩
Did I not cry throughout this entire conversation? Wow! I feel so empowered and blessed. Nomndeni thank you so much for this platform. My take? You cannot change people but you can change YOURSELF. 🙌🏾
We are watching this video for the 4th time! 🎉
This is Mentorship that every woman in the corporate space needs to hear.
I fully agree. Xoxo Nomndeni
I have never felt so fulfilled from just listening to a set of powerful women chat wow wow and wow...I am in corporate and I have gained so much confidence immediately from the process chat Kgomotso you are all of it keep at it and thank you and Nomdeni you are bringing us food for thought with these powerful women please keep it coming ❤️

Starting a new job in a few weeks and I honestly needed to hear all of this. Thank you so much ladies. I will be going into this new venture with my head held high❤️
Love and light
I would listen to this podcast as a song on my ear phones everyday, I am on my 11th month on my internship and I have been struggling so much because of the disappointments but now my perspective has changed, thank you so much for this, I know it wont be easy to apply all this but im just going to dive into it, its crunch time baby.
The power of prayer empowers you! I absolutely love Kgomotso, wow! What a woman! Nomndeni, you really continue to blow me away with the amazing women you are connecting us with through your platform. Thank you for being such a blessing!💫❤
This was amazing and worth my 56 minutes and 4seconds on a Sunday…I’m very picky with what i do on a Sunday and well this has been the best of my day. As a corporate woman I really got to learn a lot..The nuggets I’m taking here is I need to open my mouth and speak #My voice is as important as as everyone in the meeting….Thank you for such an amazing podcast!! God bless this community 🙌👌🏽
Thank you so much. 🙏🏾✨
2024 is the year I am ready to receive this conversation. 2022 I just couldn't, and I am a firm believer in God speaks and whispers to us in many ways. The things and tools you need also want you. Thank you Ladies for this.
I have watched this 3 times already shuu what an awakening powerful conversation. I’m taking that “I need to open my mouth and speak for myself, my work will not speak for itself.
That line got me in my feels🥹
Thank you Nomndeni .. this conversation with Kgomotso transcends to even me as an ally to the powerful women I work with . This is so enriching and fulfilling!
Great conversation indeed- Your work doesn't speak for u need to open your mouth and compile a portfolio of evidence. I was privileged enough to learn this early in my career. Thanks to the great women (and our 3 guys) I worked with @absa work place banking in East London
Such powerful women sharing powerful things. I don't you ladies personally but today I felt like I was being mentored. There is a wave that no one has never seen before that God is enabling this set of generation of Women to unlock new territories. Thank you for this ❤
This is literally the best and most relevant YT video I have ever watched! Thank you for the wisdom ladies. I am a corporate girl myself and I've had a very rough time in the past due to lack of wisdom.
I stan! Nomndeni is such a good interviewer! Kgomotso such a powerful woman! I m studying engineering and it's a male dominated industry. I have learnt a lot from this!!
I will definitely watch this again and again!
Nugget : "Speak for yourself about your work!"
If you don't speak out they won't know, the water being stirred, from the , Boldness you will understand that she leaves prints when she does her work. I would welcome an opportunity to be mentored by you both.♥️♥️♥️ All the best in your Journey this is so Impact full
This was amazing, Nomndeni, you’re such a great interviewer. Kgomotso, I wish I had a Manager like you. I’ve heard the worst experiences in the workplace, I’ve resigned so many times. Gosh you made me cry. All the best and thank you for the well of love
I’m glad this was helpful. I hope it helps you on your journey. Xoxo Nomndeni
💕✨
Kgomotso Mosiane may good God enlarge your territory!! 💘
I love what Kgomotso said, and its true that us corporate ladies chase a title and we often miss the bottom line. Thank you for this
FINALLY getting a chance to watch this conversation and I’ve been nodding since the beginning. It’s really important what Kgomotso shared on mental health and alleviating pressure. I remember at my previous job we had what was called “Meeting Free Fridays” and a rule of no meetings before 9 am and wow, that did so much for us as individuals from a pressure perspective. It then went to reevaluating the culture of inviting people to meetings they really didn’t need to be in and how that took away time people could have used to tackle other work. One thing that’s also taken for granted that happens in corporate is having “meetings to have meetings” 😅 … I remember the CFO urged people to actually take off or even land! Those lessons have been invaluable to me, easy as they may seem and if all corporates adopted a similar attitude, people would get a sense of calmness in their day-to-day.
Appreciate the wisdom being imparted by Kgomotso! ❤
I'm sharing this with all my corporate girls.
These ladies, a neva shemm! Always a student of your wisdom. May God keep you for all of us
What a profound and life altering conversation...Shuuuuuuu!!!! You surely have stirred the water for so many of us. Thank you so much to both Agenda Women and Kgomotso.
You are welcome.
I could listen to her for hours and not get tired!!!!
Same.
Where do I begin...this episode was so insightful, I am really at a loss for words. What I needed to hear is that corporate does not owe me anything (paraphrased) - it is a hard pill to swallow but necessary.
I am glad xoxo Nomndeni
I bless the Lord for this podcast. The words "I cannot congratulate a fish for swimming, open your mouth and speak for yourself" 🥰
Wow this was a conversation and a half, thank you for introducing Kgomotso to us, what a gem, such wisdom. I have learnt a lot in this conversation as a junior manager.
This is so POWRFUL.....WOW just WOW! Thank you ladies.
Changed organizations in the past few months. Normally I speak without fear during meetings. I feel I kind of withdrew in the past few months because I am new - will start participating from now on. Thanks ladies for a reminder✊️ #GreatConversationLadies💚
"There are no mistakes, there are no second takes, everything happens as it should, I am where I should be" 🙌
I felt that with every fiber of my being❤️
This is an eye opening conversation, thank you Nomdeni for sharing this with us. Khomotso, thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience in corporate.
Thank you... I have taken some notes --Brilliant
A dance between people, process and profit 👏🏿
I resonated deeply with the part where Kgomotso said even if it turned out that this God and prayer thing was a sham, she would continue praying.
This is because I have countless testimonies of times where praying - or at least the act of presenting my thoughts (however messy they are) or sitting in silence - has resulted in me having immense clarity and/or walking away with the most brilliant of ideas; depending on what my need was ahead of that moment.
Overall, this was a magnificent conversation. Thank you for serving us in this way. Both of you.
That part!!!!🥹😭😭😭
@@kgomotsomosiane3349 you’re an absolute gem 💎
This conversation has reminded me that I am valuable to my company. I am part of the process/people/profits each a part of the whole. I am encouraged to realign myself to giving my organization in a meaningful way to me. Thank you ladies, Kgomotso you are a powerhouse. will be follow you as you Pivot madam,
This was so amazing, Nomndeni. Thank you so much Kgomotso for sharing your experience in Corporate, you really did stir the waters.
This was really informative. I can't wait for episode 3!
Thank you Nomndeni and Kgomotso. I needed to hear this.
I love this and I will go back to it definitely. Thank you Nomndeni for introducing us to Kgomotso. I look forward to her talk from Agendawomen conference. Love love love this!
What a POWERHOUSE! My Goodness! Indeed the waters have been stirred!🙌
Oh my! I needed to hear everything in this conversation. As a woman in corporate, this was important to hear. Thank you ladies! ❤❤
I have gained so much strength from this. So much I will make sure I apply in my work in corporate. The timing though, it's insane because I was about to give up & not experience the "process". I am glad I'll be able to apply what Kgomotso has shared. I will trust the PROCESS then. 🤗
What a filling and insightful conversation! Thank you so much! For this platform, the space, the conversations! ❤❤❤
what an awesome interview and what a way to spend my Sunday on the eve of my new management role. pls do more of this amazing content. Kgomotso Mosiane is authentic and cool.

Ive been postponing watching your channel Nomdeni. Ive been watching since morning. I feel so fulfilled. Wow! Thank you
This made me cry... very critical conversations and insights.thank you so much, this was so relatable, affirming, thought provoking and healing at the same time
I needed this topic, thank you so much.
I was close quiting but your wise experimental words have given me strength 💪
Exposing the truths.Thank you ladies. My opinion is; we are descendants from the colonial mental construct. Our parents told us to excel at school and get the best job then you are successful, this is why women think work is their value. We are at the crossword trying to balance work and family. We need both work and family to live well.
Amen. Xoxo Nomndeni
A breath of fresh air thank you ladies
I am gaining so much from you girls! I really love your energy, view and take in these matters ✨️ 💕
Wow! Kgomotso is FIRE! I need to learn more from her. I will definitely watch this again. Thanks Nomndeni
I gave this podcast a standing ovation 👏🏾 life changing! Powerful! So so educated, enlightened and inspired! Thank you! Go forth and thrive!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was absolutely amazing 🥺❤️
This was absolutely amazing. Thank you 💗
Profound booSisi, I have learnt so much from this. There is one thing thou I wish can be unpacked for me is organisation hiring people based based of industry standards instead of culture. I lost out on internal promotion because I responded on questions based on the culture of the department instead of process or policy.
Such a refreshing perspective!
This was powerful! Thankful to my girl Popcy for recommending this video
Loved. Every.Bit of this great energy exchange and vulnerability from both ladies.
This episode was everything I needed… thank you so much for this
Amazing and so true KG , Nomndeni you are so great. Thank you ☺️ 😍
What an amazing interview, filled with practical examples and scenarios.. Love love this ❤️..
I mean where else could I have heard this? So clearly, so friendly. Thank you and God for this Nomndeni because He knows I needed to learn and know this. Kgomotso is amazing! The perspective has changed.
Gosh what a life changing moment. I'm at the T-junction point in my career and fear wanted me to take the comfortable and safe route. After this conversation I know I'll be the revolutionary change that I need for myself and others by taking the uncomfortable route. Processes and people, that's my take away from this. Thank you so much for sharing.
Wow, I can assist if you don't mind. I am a Coach
Uhh i didn't want this to end. Thank you Nomndeni. ❤
I really would love to experience this woman. What a guest Nomndeni, thank you to both of you and the nuggets that you have given us.
This conversation…just wow on so many levels. I don’t think of heard this moment characterised so clearly and usefully. Feel so nourished by this conversation. Thank you 💛❤️
FIRE... Just what i needed to hear and will need to watch it again as a continuous reminder... This actually brought to light how i could navigate within the work place and also what i have been approaching things to my detriment because of what ive learnt and need to start unlearning. Thank yoo Nomdeni this podcast is long overdue
Argh! Absolutely love this conversation! Gems upon gems ! Thank you for conversation , for your influence and guidance 💕 #AWtribe always
I feel revived, This is what I really need in my life at this moment

First time bumping into this channel. Wow so insightful and this is what we need as women. To inform, inspire and celebrate each other ❤ thank you for this video
Thank you both for this conversation.
What a phenomenal Conversation, I cried soo much after listening to this. May the Good Lord bless you both Ladies as you empower women to realise their Worth. Thank you a million times💚
You are welcome xoxo Nomndeni
So many views I do not agree with here. But it's good sometimes to indulge on different perspectives and how others view things, you still get to learn.
I'm so excited for this platform. I can not wait for more to come. The idea of showcase to your superiors what you have been contributing to the company; and you also availing yourself to assist your manager in them delivering their KPIs is what I am RUNNING with lol.
"we never present for the moment" 🔥
Thank you so much sister,l will always love and respect you .l learn a lot ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for this. ❤
Shooo im so inspired..thank you so much
This is such an insightful and inspiring conversation
This was so good.
I’ve been feeling unseen by the world because the world is now focused on entrepreneurship.
This conversation made me feel seen and also empowered me as I continue to navigate through my corporate journey.
I’ve always asked my managers how I can make their job easier.
This also has made me take notes on how I can be a better manager for my teams.
Thanks Nomdeni and Kgomotso
You are right. We are going to be intentional about the corporate women being seen. Xoxo Nomndeni
I love this conversation gosh 💕
Loved this. I loved the use of the word "pivot". I'm at a time in my life where I foresee the pivot and I could absolutely relate. Thank you ladies❤
I am SO glad you listened to that voice that said you should start this podcast.... 😊
Me too. Xoxo Nomndeni
This conversation was amazing! I needed this! Thank you for stirring the water!
We are glad.
Woow I think I had to listen to this today, amazing. My take " everyone protects their dream" No one is here to upset me. Thank you Nomndeni and Kgomotso 👌👌
SO much respect for you ladies!!! 🌺🌺
Thank you. Xoxo Nomndeni
Loving the nuggets of wisdom coming out of this....
So so many nuggets. 🥰
Man you guys! Just changed my life. Thank you❤
🙏🏾🙏🏾✨✨😭
What a wholesome conversation! I feel so encouraged and full of hope! Bless you ladies🙏🏽
💕✨
I am new here and loving this conversation🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰.
Wow❤🙌
Dear Nomndeni, thank you. Thank you for such an inspiring piece. Kgomotso is such a treasure box. thank you ladies for teaching us. My key take aways, -ask your boss what you can do to help their KPIs, your voice is as important as the next persons voice in that room. I am looking foward to hearing more about the profit, people and process. God bless you ladies. cheers
I could listen to your guest for hours and hours. The wisdom and realness. Wow!
Thank you 💕✨
Also us.
Thanks so much for such an encouraging conversation 🙏
You are welcome ✨
Her authenticity always shines through. An amazing conversation.
She is a peer and the mentor we all need. Xoxo Nomndeni
Thank you for the interview .I respect ur views and also Kgomotso's experience.
However as a Frontline member corporate is more harsh and unrewarding
. Unfortunately I do not have the wonderful experience of being under supreme leadership.I am being under the management of a female who has a high level of toxicity. The depiction of corporate is more sugar coated and privileged then what it is . I do not share the same perspective she shares .
As a corporate worker I would like another relateble podcast speaking on the challenged WE face from a non managerial position. We re made to believe we re inadequate on a daily it is frustrating and unmotivated to be told this by another top level Manager who does not have any empathy .Classism at it's Finest !
I can assure you. Kgomotso has been in corporate for a very long time and has called me personally crying from the pressure at times. We tried our best to show both perspectives of the environment. The good and the bad. I hope there is some insight that helps you get to a better place. I always try to empower through my guests experiences, maybe a guest in the future will be more relatable to your situation and thank you for your feedback. Stay tuned. Xoxo Nomndeni
THANK YOUU
