Last Friday, with the snow. In south pittsburgh and monroeville was $6.25 and $6 and $5 more extra a delivery. It was insane, Biggest one was a double delivery 18 miles $55.Most were $18-$25 per delivery!
Hi! New to dashing for about 3 weeks in Lafayette, Indiana. Have only seen Peak Pay offered for overnight hours. Experienced DynamicPeak Pay for the first time last night at about 5 pm. The pay did not show up in the order offer or on the total earned screen once completing the dash. I was told by support that it won't show up until you end dash and view your earnings. Thank you for providing so much information, it has been very helpful! I appreciate it!
I live in Iowa City, Iowa. Last Sunday, they had peak pay for $2. And I was working. And it was not lucrative at all. That's the only thing. I'm dashing for 6 weeks. Every weekday. I do the earn by time. I tried the offers for 3 days, and it was not working for me. 🤷🏻♀️
This is a shame on those apps. In my system, I create saving and value to incentive customers to increase order volume and thus increase driver's earning potential. The app should be working for you as much as you are working for it. My app will be able to do that.
Yes here in Toledo, OH we do have dynamic peak pay and we also have alcohol peak pay
I am not sure how that is supposed to work. If anything the apps should be working towards earning drivers more for their work. There is no way to predict or generate a peak pay incentive enough to earn drivers a fair payout.
Hey Mike
Watching from Akron, Ohio
Massillon, what's up brother
@joshjenkins5553 Hey Brother, not much bro, just getting my Door Dash on !!
It’s because of the storm here in the Houston Texas area. To try and get folk out and about especially when we’ve been advised through an emergency alert to stay put. Don’t drive. Flood warning ugh!!
I am a new dasher started last weekend but I did see the dynamic for several areas around Atlanta this morning. All were 1.00.
I’m in Florida in the Polk County area and only seeing scheduled peak pay on overnight hours - usually $1-$2. Seeing dynamic peak pay on weekend nights and not ever over $2. If I drive to another zone in the Tampa Bay Area, I am still seeing the occasional dynamic peak pay of $5 but it’s super rare.
I’ve seen it a couple of times this past week here in Washington state. I never got an alcohol offer turning that time.
This is just inefficient! This is why DD is not going to ever be able to deliver on their promise and increase driver's earning potential. I will.
I love that we are independent contractors but have to schedule if you want to dash in my area or you won’t be able to dash. They seriously need to change back to dash now. They also need to reward the dashers that dash for more than 20 hours a week. Give them more priority and rewards for loyalty.
This is a core feature on my app. You set your own hours, but at the same time there is more responsibilities to make sure to fulfill it or allow other drivers to come online. I think its going to be hard for drivers to give up their spots when they are able to consistently earn $30-$60+ an hour. The one that has the most influence on their earnings are the drivers themselves.
Thank you Mike, you are doing a ton of research that is validating the system that I have created to increase driver's earning potential. If anything it helps to illustrate how hard they are working to try and pivot while trying to extract as much money as possible. Their business model demands it for it to work. This is a big reason why this is unsustainable and thus in need for a new, dynamic and symbiotic system to be created and adopted.
I live in Vancouver WA and I haven’t seen Dynamic yet.
Southeast Raleigh, I've had Alcohol peak pay and dynamic peak pay. We also have dasher rewards.
Hey there, new to Dashing, love your channel! Your website seems to be down
Carson city, NV driver…I saw dynamic $1 in a tiny town next door yesterday. They are pretty busy with 25k population. I border Reno, which is 400k people plus. I can get to either county in a 15 min blink. My city is busy but over saturated. Rarely get peak pay but when it snows we’ve been getting $10 peak pay (we are 30 min from Tahoe). Reno, almost all day, every day has $2-$5 dollar peak pay .
Good or bad weather, my app is going to make sure that when you are on my system, you are going to earn $30-$60+ an hour. Yes, weather is a hazard and there will be an incentive pay for those time, but drivers need consistency and also avoid those wild swings. Plus, with proper organization and value creation, drivers can create set routes and fill in the gaps with random orders. All this is done through my app.
Today is the first time I’ve seen it and all of a sudden The Dynsmic peak pay is being offered to multiple areas here in the Houston Tx area. And from what I can tell, it’s because we are in a severe rainstorm and have been advised. Do not leave or be on the road except for extreme emergencies because it’s dangerous. We are under a flood warning. So I guess that’s their incentive to get people out in the weather??!?! Betcha as soon as the rain clears up, the dynamic pp vanishes.
Yes, I'm in Ca Alcohol Delivery
this year I've had a few good days where I actually made decent money but most days the pay is looking really bad.. basically, these companies like DoorDash have figured out a way to abuse the drivers because we don't have laws to protect the drivers
I think its going to take one of us drivers to create a solution. I took a shot and I have an app that allows drivers more control, earning potential and incentives to increase order volumes. This increases earning potential!
Asheville NC, haven't seen dynamic peak pay. Peak pay is rare here. DD has been advertising like crazy for drivers, I used to dash now routinely, but in the last 2 to 3 weeks could not get it, I have to schedule to dash.
Drivers using my app have way more control of their scheduling and also have greater influence on their earning potential. I think all apps should be doing this for their drivers, not make it more difficult to figure out what you are going to earn. This is huge red flag for me and a reason why I decided to build my own app.
Im in Baltimore and i have had 75 cent peak pay on every order in all my local zones for days now plus 2 to 3 dollar peak pay ontop of it in some zones
That is so inefficient! I am glad they don't have a clue as to how to pivot from their bad business model, because it opens the doors to others like myself, but wth!!?? Too many academics and not enough real world people, or they forgot where they came from.
Tampa, FL. We get $2 PP at least 2 times a week
I haven’t seen dynamic schedule peak pay here in Washington state
Hi Mike, I know you love your peak pay! In my zone here in North Dallas Peak pay means go to another zone you will see maybe 1-2 orders per hour if that and good luck if any are even decent. I make way more money when there is no peak pay at all. Great video
Have to agree, seems to be the same situation in my market around Baltimore
they use it as combat pay too here. we have 1 zone thats way sketchier than the others safety-wise that pays 2$ from 11:30-1:30am every day
@@melgourmet6158 In my zone peak pay makes the zone die
What I did on my app is give drivers enough control and incentive coupled with low delivery costs that increases earning potential from $30-$60 an hour.
We have alot more. Our peak pay is 2-4 and then they add Dynamic of like a 1-2 also another overlap promo. I got 24$ an hour and today Sunday it was snowing in MN so I packed it in but I looked at what there giving and it's 4$ plus another 1-2. You can use both pay ways. It's like 24$ hour 26$ hour plus tips and lil extras. Is this normal. I'm from Dallas Tx but am stuck in MN. I was broke started Dashing. I'm not broke. Lol
I had never heard of dynamic peak pay
This week seeing alcohol specific peak pay
I dash in Boston Mass
It can be very good. I think if your Platinum driver.
It's in NC
Never peak pay here in NE Ohio and if you don’t schedule 5-6 days out you won’t work. Weird how we are labeled independent contractors
constant plus 1 booze orders in mount vernon wa. for me at least.
I have seen one peak pay in 6 months in Denver area. I am sure that is because it is never busy here because of the oversaturation.
My app is always on peak pay mode!!
No I feel like in stacked orders peak pay and base pay is lower
Deff. DD is always being sneaky as heck! One of the things I do on my app is to show all info for everyone involved.
Talk about stacked orders, did you know each one counts as a decline? I did not and got hit with a dozen declines on just a couple orders i declined, killed my stats that i work on to keep top dasher. Raised support and they "couldn't" help.
Ouch…
I seen it last week i believe in Columbus Ohio
Salem nh never seen peak pay only 1 or 2 dollar missions.
Im in York City Pa
Usually 1 or 2 dollars. Seen 5 dollars when weather is bad etc snow/ice
Im in salem nh market
I’m in SC, I haven’t seen it.
Never peak pay in Sacramento unless it is at night after 11:30 pm
Man.... my sister is doing the 290 delivery with a $900 bonus and it is rough... gotta do it 60 days =/
If there is ever a peak pay it’s $1 but it’s rare.
My daughter got peak pay this morning for $2 and I got no offer. WTF. Not everyone gets peak pay in our area.
Who do the dispatching
Got $4 and $1 dynamic stacked tonight, still don’t understand it
peak pay in my market sucks it's always some stupid hours that nobody is even awake⏰️ lol 2 am
Dynamic is just a dollar or Boston Mass area..
its a dollar ON TOP of scheduled peak pay so it makes it worth it
Sometimes I get offered +1$ only for an ad on just a dollar
Virginia has it
We also have alcohol peak pay
how about 0
I never get peak pay. They only offer peak pay in the early am hours in market. Nothing is open in those hours in my area. They know that and do it on purpose so they are actually never paying that to anyone.
Peak pay????
That’s as rare in my area (Northern CA) as seeing a Wooly Mammoth. And if we DO see it, it’s $1 if you drive after midnight. During the day??? Nope. Never.
It’s snowing here rn and there not even offering peak pay, bunch of bs
50 deliveries free of AR concerns? 🤦🏽♂️
Keep in mind peak pay doesnt make stocks go up, we all know they will have to get the money back one way or another LOL
All they did was take away the dollar for batched orders and threw it into alcohol
Very repetitive. Lol you said the same thing like 4 times in a row, taking up a full minute and a half before explaining what I was looking for.
DD SUCKS
Doordash is a joke a waste of time people just wearing out your car
