As we know Patty-Rick is a "Matchy Matchy" kind of guy, but even if you're not the Sedici Garda Combo is a killer value!

O.C. As a bigger fella (6"3, 260lbs and wearing a XXL tall in most things) I really appreciate a review of gear made for someone like me. You guys do a great job with this channel. Keep up the good work
6"3 and 300 lbs here! We saw a lack of big fella reviews in the market and I knew we had to step up!
Glad you enjoyed the video and I appreciate the support!
Garda* but as someone who has this gear I'm looking forward to this video, it's been amazing so far.
Its been waterproof for me so far, but I havent been caught in a flood either
OC: Great review for the Sedici gear. I'll definitely look into them for a good everyday set of gear for the spring.
Super Tenere for the WIN!!! steals the show 🏍👌
Great content Patty Rick!
OC, I bought the Sedici Garda boots at Get On adv fest last year. No complaints, comfortable, protective, and affordable. I think I will pick up the jacket and pants as well. Sedici seems to make great affordable gear. Thanks for the review!
Great content Chase!
OC: If you know any suppliers that want to get into the scooter world I'd love to show that even scooter riders should wear gear 😉...had to learn that the hard way 😅
I don’t have this gear but many review on Revzilla say it’s great quality but just not waterproof
Being 6'5" and 310lbs, how is the length on the pants? I normally wear a 34" inseam and just finding something longer is not easy at times.
How was the fit around the calf? I've found that motorcycle gear manufacturers all seem to assume that all riders skip leg day. I tried on a pair of sedici Alexi 2x (size chart suggested 3x, but all they had was the 2x, so I figured I'd try them on to get an idea of whether the 3x might fit) pants and could barely get the thigh portion of them over my calves.
I personally have the same calf issue. I’ll let Pat answer for ya though.
Hey! I can confirm that the pants worked well with my big calfs, there is a bit of stretch in the material on the calf area of the pants. BUT i did size my pants up as well to ensure I had room to fit some larger base layers under them so that can help!
@@ThePattyRick You mind if I ask your measurements? My Cycle Gear doesn't have any of the larger sizes in stock, and they're even cheaper right now, so I might grab a set for next fall
Tried the Sedici Avventura and was let down by the extremely crappy zippers. So bad, that I'm reluctant to purchase any other Sedici gear. Ended up biting the bullet and moving to Klim gear. So much better quality.
Fun and see some clothes review, thanks :)
Charlotte zeroes in on Julie; Summer outwits Taylor. And is Ryan shipping out?
The OC
Wednesdays at 7 on Fox.
I like the pants. I don't like my pants - Alpinestar Ramjet. I never even thought about having black facing upwards on your thighs.
Where did Beau go?
I would so much rather get a acerbis ramsey 2.0 for a bit less. has a aa rating as well 😊
At first I seen Seen the thumbnail and was like wow chase gained some weight lol.
HAHAHA nah, That would be my big fat ass!
Not sure why bro is saying no gear is truly waterproof. Is he tryna gas this gear up because it’s not 100% waterproof or what? I have a Revit trench gortex jacket and rst ambush pants. Ive worn them in light rain to a downpour and remained completely dry. My jacket is gortex which is pricey but there is non gortex gear that is waterproof
I've had military goretex jackets that somewhat gave way after a few hours of constant downpour (I say few hours but it was somewhere along an 8 hour hike), but the alternative is you have something nearly completely waterproof but also not at all breathable. That's fine for a rain/winter jacket, but for a 4 season jacket if it's not breathable, you're gonna regret it in the summer
Fair point, let me clarify. When I say no gear is truly waterproof I do mean that. BUT what I mean by that is when riding 12+ Hours in nonstop rain you are bound to get a significant amount of rain in your neck opening, and up the sleeves. The zippers will hold up without issue as long as they are 100% closed. But even my Goretex gear will eventually become saturated with that kind of rain.
So I do stand by what I said although, I have ridden 4+ hours in the rain with the Garda kit without issue!
I hope this clarifies what I meant! Ill try to improve for next time, Thanks for watching!
@@ThePattyRick A buncha reviews on Revzilla say it’s great comfortable gear it’s just not waterproof. leaks they explain came from the zippered areas. Appreciate the thorough review. Keep em comin
