It can never be easy, but TIME makes it more bearable. The feeling of void, in my opinion is the greatest emotion to deal with. I'm glad you came out to share... XOXO

My dad also passed in 2019, and it wasn't easy for me but conversation with family members helped us to remain strong. I also took time to pray and thank God for the years we spent with dad. It's never easy losing a loved one but with time and remaining positive one is able to cope.

It's very hard to deal with loss. I know I was angry at the whole world and I sparked a no of times. And I hated people for no reason. I never wanted to pick calls. Your tips are good. Everyone has their own way. Time is the best healer

Talking about it gal is good.Ypu have articulated it very well.Hugs dear.i feel you.I think another way of dealing with the mourning process is writing, write anything about the person.it di me good when I lost my aunt who was more than a mother

One emotion that I dealt with was that feeling of a deep void... Like I felt empty!! I felt like there was a biiiig space in me. That was after losing my big brother.
I pretty cried a lot!! Like a lot!!
I talked about him at any opportune moment, I still do talk about him much especially with my other siblings.
I also visit his resting place any time I go home.
What I have realised with grief is there is no day you will say you done mourning, it just gets bearable with time.
That said,am proud of you girl, you doing pretty much well, and its gonna be fine. Life will never be the same again, you will always come across a period or a situation and you like I wish mum was here..... But you know what? God gives us the grace to make baby steps then strides.
    Hang in there girlie
