Vipassanā, Ānāpāna, and mindfulness are related concepts in Buddhist meditation, each with a distinct focus:
      Vipassanā (Insight Meditation):
This practice develops insight into the nature of reality by observing impermanence (anicca), suffering (dukkha), and non-self (anattā). It involves observing mental and physical phenomena as they arise and pass away, leading to understanding and liberation.
      Ānāpāna (Mindfulness of Breathing):
A fundamental meditation technique where attention is placed on the breath as it flows in and out. This practice helps calm the mind and develop concentration, serving as a foundation for deeper meditation.
      Mindfulness (Sati):
Mindfulness refers to maintaining present-moment awareness with clarity and non-reactivity. It is a core mental quality applied in all forms of meditation and daily life, supporting both calmness and insight.
These practices often complement one another, with Ānāpāna providing a starting point, mindfulness sustaining focus, and Vipassanā deepening understanding.
