Tried gulab jamun for 2nd time... it worked wonders.. abhi bhi thori kasar reh gayi, ras centre tak properly nahi pahocha.. next time may be it will be perfect.. i made small batch of 8 pieces and all got finished in 2 hours.. it was very tasty, will be trying rasgulla soon.
