I will constantly fight against letting elephant stick around as a white player BECAUSE as you guys said repeatedly, the card being banned kills white and that's AWFUL design to me. White cannot function with all of their power focused into 1 card and until they remove elephant I don't believe bandai will fix the color whatsoever. I would love for white to get actual draw, some decent ramp and good tools across the board. I desperately want my color to become a color that plays the game the way every other color does instead of relying on seeing a perfect curve for a pure white deck to feel like a legitimate strategy.
@@MainDeckMasters WC is already borderline unplayable in the current format. Forcing the design team to address the flaws within the color is something I'm ok with if it means it becomes a deck that's actually playing BSS instead of playing the matchup is playable, the curve is perfect and the opponent doesn't open any answers early on.
We will have to see if a classic white control deck is even sustainable going forward since we are in dual color styles now. Maybe new machine beast support in the future will replace elephant idk. In previous metas, yeah it was strong, but we will have to see if the card is even relevant in the current format.
Until we get equivalent options for other colors then banning SBD just cucks those colors. Ban Dream Bomb and cards like Meduke become even more threatening because we don't have another equivalent way to deal with it.

well said.
I hear that a ton as well, while looking at the world winning list in the same moment.
Until white gets something that replaces Elephant, the only thing banning Elephant will do is ensure WC never sees the light of day.

If elephant banned, only Android is playable
Ants strike back being ban is crazy lol

ASB is a powerhouse burst for green aggro and nets them 2 reductions and two new attackers the next turn for free
@@MainDeckMastersWhich meal set do you want for sir? Flood or Burn? Oh there's that unpopular trident flare fried rice but a meal is a meal, sir.😅
This comment shows you really don't know just how much green aggro doesn't care about your removal spells
@@MainDeckMasters Well we can run Arc in that case (only if aggro becomes a major threat). No token can hit my life.
You know what I never see on anyone's list, any of the Staple Magics. We so stuck in our ways.
