কি ভালো লাগলো episode ! ! একটা memory share করি ..Canada য় থাকি আমি ..প্রথম এসে সেভাবে কেউ বন্ধু ছিল না ..মেয়ে ছোটো খুব ..ওর school এ pot luck এ ফুচকা (indian grocery shop থেকে ) খাওয়াই ..পুরটা spicy ছাড়া আর কি ...মিষ্টি চাটনী সহ ফুচকা খেয়ে নানা দেশের parents.. specially সাদা teacher madam বন্ধু হয়ে যান ...ওনার সাথে সেই থেকে সখ্যতা আজ অব্দি অনেক Indian dish খেয়েছেন ভালোবেসে

In Mumbai ,we have the local Panipuri and Sevpuri which has been the public favourite since time immemorial.But the type of puchkas we get in Kolkata is nothing close to what we get in Mumbai or may be I am a bit biased😉.N down south in Chennai we are just seeing these items gaining popularity .

This is really mouthwatering episode... I really love it... In case of nominations I would like to nominate 2 places one Dinesh er phuchka at Paikpara more... and other one is not in Kolkata but in Indore city where you can get 10 different varieties of phuchka water flavours like Hing, Garlic, Ginger etc... place Sarafa Market Indore City but one has to eat the phuchka at Midnight at the eat street opens only at midnight...

I remember the phuchka wala standing at the corner of Ganguly Bagan turning just behind a sweet shop on the main road, between Baghajatin and Garia always had a long queue of people and the biggest phuchka balls I have had across India. Just loved them during my 3 years in Kolkata.

I am very traditional when it comes to my food and music. I would want only the regular aloo filled phuchkas! Rest variants are available in Mumbai as well and the only place we can get authentic phuchka in Mumbai is at Shree Gangour sweets, Juhu!
