I don't think you can even do those because I did the tutorial and I can't teleport to it at all and I tried cheating by using jett and I just die after a certain point

Maybe not, since they would have to make a different scenario for each agent. Also not every agent has something in their kit that can be used both offensively and defensively so making up a scenario for them would be difficult ig
