Hi, just Microsoft Word. I did a screenshot of the documents, pasted them onto the MS Word pages, added the hyperlinks, and then saved everything as a PDF. Then I compressed the PDF File with ilovepdf. Hope this helped.
I noticed you only had NBI Clearance, did u still include Police Clearance from countries u have visited/worked for, is it still a requirement? Thank you!
It's a requirement if you've stayed in that country for more than 6 months within the last 5 years. In my case, I only had a prolonged stay in Japan (for 1 year) but that was around 15 years ago. So it was not needed. My other international travels were short-term, i.e., less than 6 months - vacations, conferences, etc. - with the longest being only 2 months. So that's why I only attached NBI clearance. If you've worked abroad within the last 5 years, i.e., you stayed there for 6 months or more, then you need to attach a police clearance. In my case, I didn't, that's why it was unnecessary. Hope this helped.
Yes po. Print screen lang ng documents na naka-PDF (e.g. birth cert, marriage cert, etc.) tas paste sa Word, then save the whole document as PDF ulit. Then use smallpdf or ilovepdf para i-compress po yung buong file :) Hope this helped.
There's a technique to it. You will need to use "bookmarks" within the document which will serve as anchors na pupuntahan ng links mo. It's hard to explain via comments. I will make another video about this. But google and youtube should be able to help you, in the meantime. Sorry for the late response. :) Hope you were able to find the fix though.
Why just now sir 😁? I've been stressing for days looking for samples on how to compile my documents for client information. Now I need to redo my CI again😪
Hello, Why did you have to include all transcripts, marriage certificate, and medical exam in your client information ? In my application i already see the option to upload my transcript, marriage certificate and medical exam. Did you also have to do the same thing for your wife's client information ? Thanks
My application was through GCKey in 2022. Maybe you're accessing a different portal (because there are 2 ways to apply - via GCKey and via a new AI-driven IRCC portal). Or maybe they made updates to the website. Sorry, I should have put a disclaimer about that. My wife's client information was simpler, but I did put her education credentials, just to show that she'll be an asset to the Canadian economy. :) Hope this helped.
Take a screenshot of the PDF files then paste then on MS Word, then save the entire thing as a new PDF. You can compress it afterwards with online tools (ilovepdf, smallpdf, etc.)
It's trial and error. Most of them are just "barely" readable. I had to cull out a lot of attachments in the first place. For example, I originally wanted to include all my Employment Certificates, but since there's a lot of them, I opted not to include them. The others, I tweaked and adjusted to be just readable enough. How? Just resizing the attachments, removing the colors and going for grayscale, etc.
Open the PDF file, hit PrtSc (printscreen), paste in MS Word, set the picture color to grayscale, save the entire document as PDF, then compress the entire thing using ilovepdf (online) :)
Thank you very much... its very detailed
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for your information
Please how many pages of your SOP
Four. It's popular advice to not go beyond that limit. The shorter the better. :)
Brother can you explain how you added hyperlinks to the sop

Hi, thanks. I modelled my CI from an Indian UA-camr, actually. His channel is called Tahseer. I learned a lot from him too. Hope this helped. 🙂
How did you compress the documents?
a combination of ilovepdf and smallpdf... it's a trial and error thing
Hey Brother, What should I put in Proof of memmership?

Hi! Regarding Insurance etc. do you need to declare the amount like how much the amount in your insurance or blur it?
Hi, I don't think there is any harm in declaring the amount. The officer might be more convinced if they learn that you are sufficiently covered.
@@antonvalentyne thank you😊
can you share this sample for us ?
Sorry, mate. It's laced with personal info. But you can always pause the video and read, then copy from there :) Hope this helped.
Bro how do I compile them like that
Take a screenshot of the PDF files then paste then on MS Word, then save the entire thing as a new PDF. You can compress it afterwards with online tools (ilovepdf, smallpdf, etc.)
But it's too much detailed
Hello pls how do you manage to maintain clarity and visibility of your scanned docs when reducing file size to 4mb

How you adeed so many files in just 4mb?
Open the PDF file, hit PrtSc (printscreen), paste in MS Word, set the picture color to grayscale, save the entire document as PDF, then compress the entire thing using ilovepdf (online) :)
your doing too much lil bro
