Eutrophication the loans are based off of their taxes, yes richer business get the most taxes taken out that’s because they have a higher profit income to tax. Where as small businesses, yes are a bigger percentage in the country but they don’t generate a lot of income profit so they don’t tax a lot meaning lesser loans. Would you like to be taxed the same as a richer business? because i know a lot of the smaller businesses wouldn’t be able to survive after that. They are different for a reason.

You need to understand the difference between someone who is a multi business owner and investor and a small business. Jeffree has to pay his workers in all his different branches in his other business. The loans also went off based on taxes in 2018 or 2019 from what I read. A small business aren’t gonna get as much if they are going off of their taxes and/or what subunit of business they are. I don’t like how a lot of small businesses are struggling to even survive where as other companies are thriving. But we aren’t the government, we don’t own those big businesses, we have no control of it.
My grandpas landscape company applied and never got the “loan” and we know a lot of other minority based companies that have never received it along with unemployment. The fact that Jeffrey is doing this makes me sick

They made me digitally sign a legal thing saying I had to send them back the product if it eventually got delivered. Ive never heard of doing such a thing to get a refund. No idea what happened to my palette but they made me feel like I was some kind of scammer.

These financial costs/strains don’t just go away because you’re “rich”. For all you know him getting those funds prevented employees from being laid off. Bigger company = more employees to support.
Hey - just wanted to clarify this about the PPP loan funding. I work at a bank and reviewed applications. Businesses cannot receive the PPP loan whatsoever if they do not have an actual list of expenses and salaries from existing years. If they can’t provide proof of the funds they need from the relief program, the govt will not take “a risk” giving those funds out to a business without any legal proof. It sucks, but if a business is under the table paying their employees in all cash and the owner does not have an actual expense list or any proof of salaries/employees paid, then they cannot qualify for it. Also under the table is illegal and tax evasion so those people definitely wouldn’t get it. It sucks and makes me sad, but really the only way to have official pay stubs/expense reports, you either 1. need to have an accountant or 2. need to have a bank to get a formal statement and apply through your online business account through the PPP internal website portal. Also - some small banks are not federally regulated (I worked at a fed regulated bank) and they are not fully qualified to process PPP loans. But, trust me, it’s sad and the funds were exhausted so quickly that a lot of people did not get a loan to begin with. It hurt me every time I saw huge corporations applying and then them returning some of the funds to not look like assholes. But Jeffree doesn’t care tho bc he’s so money hungry lol.

These financial costs/strains don’t just go away because you’re “rich”. For all you know him getting those funds prevented employees from being laid off. Bigger company = more employees to support.

Hey - just wanted to clarify this about the PPP loan funding. I work at a bank and reviewed applications. Businesses cannot receive the PPP loan whatsoever if they do not have an actual list of expenses and salaries from existing years. If they can’t provide proof of the funds they need from the relief program, the govt will not take “a risk” giving those funds out to a business without any legal proof. It sucks, but if a business is under the table paying their employees in all cash and the owner does not have an actual expense list or any proof of salaries/employees paid, then they cannot qualify for it. Also under the table is illegal and tax evasion so those people definitely wouldn’t get it. It sucks and makes me sad, but really the only way to have official pay stubs/expense reports, you either 1. need to have an accountant or 2. need to have a bank to get a formal statement and apply through your online business account through the PPP internal website portal. Also - some small banks are not federally regulated (I worked at a fed regulated bank) and they are not fully qualified to process PPP loans. But, trust me, it’s sad and the funds were exhausted so quickly that a lot of people did not get a loan to begin with. It hurt me every time I saw huge corporations applying and then them returning some of the funds to not look like assholes. But Jeffree doesn’t care tho bc he’s so money hungry lol.
They are business loans! I am not a fan of Jeffree Star! But I am well aware of how businesses are ran and of his business needed to take a loan due to loss from covid-19 he is a small business so there is nothing wrong with that there are larger corporations that have received millions of dollars from these business loans that were supposed to go to small businesses
If it's paid back as a general then I don't care but some have been saying it's like a subsidy that doesn't have to be paid back. As long as his business pays it back then I don't care about it that much.
@@rebeccaspratling2865 there would only be a percentage that would not have to be repaid if he can prove that 75% of the loan is going to pay employees salaries, and the percentage would only be the amount of employees that he actually has so let's say he has 20 employees it would only be 20% but these things would have to be provenotherwise the whole entire loan needs to be repaid
