In product based companies, even thought the pay is high, it depends on how big the company is. If the company books losses and then there are no projects then that is also a risk.. and there are not a lot of product based companies in india.. so you have to join faang

I had not polled my vote. Because I did not know how both felt. Now I have an idea
Life in PSB is okayish. But after privatization one should tune their attitude to devoid of self respect, imbibe shamelessness and be a blatant liar to grab hard earned money of a commoner and put them in useless schemes by tantalizing and whitewashing reality. I'm a Psb banker and I regret come and again why I choose commerce in my graduation why didn't I choose technical side etc etc. I don't even have an option to change my career path. Guys I have gone through all three formates , its concern for you all from my side. Read this definitely it wil help and choose wisely.
1 it sector
2 govt bank employee
3 private bank employee
No doubt it sector is the best option
In case you are switching from it sector to PRIVATE sector bank its completely noo a big noo. Frustration, pressure, harsh language, big not Achievable targets insurance and all, 11-12 hours of working hours with big responsibilities.
So if you want to move from it sector or you selected for govt bank no matter clerk or po you can go job security u have power and less sales part , less working hours than private banks. Responsibility and pressure will be there but you can move surely.
For private bank employee if you want to move in IT sector its one of the best decisions you will never regret.
I hope guy's u all got my point. Choose wisely.
