You'd have to admit, This Home has A View from every Room. Very NICE
With some changes this could become a functional plan. The front porch needs a railing. A sliding entrance door is neither secure nor durable, and there should be a foyer where you can hang your coat and remove your shoes. The kitchen needs more counter space, and I'd add a back lobby for the laundry machines and a pantry cabinet.
@Bobrogers99...In other words you want a different plan?
I'd lose a bedroom and reconfigure. Create a small pantry/laundry room and a larger kitchen. Otherwise, I love the feel of this one.
@chrislane8466. did you ever consider a different floor plan?
@judyjudyjudy1841 That's pretty much what I just did. Considering a different floor plan.
You don't have to take them 'as is.'
@@chrislane8466 I didn't, I was just suggesting just incase you didn't realize, you like it but just want something different. You are young it seems by your desires for a floor plan. I'm just an old lady, maybe I'm not as I seem either. Smiles Judie
The bathroom tile and pattern are scary. If someone had PTSD this would push them over the edge.
I thought they were very ugly, but I guess the designers didn’t think like me.😊
This is a brilliant and beautiful rendering! It creatively demonstrates how a family of four can live with in a 500 square foot space. ❤
Its important to exude charm in small spaces, this house does that beautifully.
Couldn’t wait to get inside after 20 views of the approach, left shortly thereafter
Beautifully done, and well spaced out👍👍👍
Lovely.....but....too many windows for my taste. I need a bit more privacy. It is cozy and cute though 🙂.
Love it!!
Magnifique, j'en rêve...
Love the design. Love front & back doors. Only issue needs more storage ie. The washer/dryer problem
Doce encanto❤
Gorgeous, I love it!!
Needs bathtub❤
I disagree in these small designed places. They are meant for people on low budgets like homeless, or pensioners or people with disabilities that live alone. In terms of what is needed for these types of categories of people, a shower is the only necessity and it is often hard for older people or people with leg disabilities to get into a bathtub or out of it without aid. It is safer just having a shower with a shower chair in there if necessary. The house of that size is not trying to cater to families with kids.
I love everything about it. When can I move in😊
I love this place. I want to live there
I really like the design, especially all the windows . Bathroom decor would have to be changed. Otherwise it's beautiful , and I like it also has a back door. Lovely
I loved everything but that bathroom wall paper...just not for me but otherwise what a great home.
Hermosa!!!🎉
No doubt, this is a beautiful little home & I would love to have it (or one like it). So what does it cost just as it stands? 1/2 million?
Without 2 master Suites or 2 larger bedrooms (1 master Suite) and another larger bedroom with community bathroom I wouldn’t want a thing to do with this home.
The kitchen is far too small, and doesn't have enough cupboard space. Also the width of the table is too large. A person would have a hard time standing in front of the sink to do anything with that table jutting out so much. I agree with other comments about reconfiguring the 2nd bedroom and using it for something else. I noticed the main bedroom seems to have little in the way of cupboard space. It looked like one section was used as shelving and just one area for clothes. With a double bed you have to assume it is a couple and both have clothes to put away. I would retain the 2nd bedroom's cupboard space. Definitely worth holding onto. However instead of the double bed in that room, I would utilize it as a study. I think there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and as there is little cupboard space, I would ditch that and just use it as an underneath cupboard area. A small place like that doesn't need a dishwasher. I love the colour scheme in the lounge and kitchen. Not keen on the busy tiles in the bathroom but it is ultra modern and I know a lot of people do like that type of design on bathroom walls. Overall I really love the place. You did a great job there.
Interesting 😊
Mini-dinkie fridge. No coat closet? Pantry? Utility area? I don't see a stairway for a basement, so utilities would be on the main floor - where?
Basically I DO like it, but not well thought out. A few adjustments could make it work though.
Not a mini dinkie fridge, a huge fridge. I would say too big for the place really. Look at 3:35. I don't know what you were looking at.
Bella e funzionale, unica pecca, il tavoli in cucina, ingombrante, avrei optato per un tavolo quadrato a libro, pieghevole, (per tre perfetto), con apertura rettangolare all'occorrenza per 4/5 persone
Amo
Cute, but I'd make a couple changes.
Center fireplace on wall, get rid of that window, make enclosed shelving and closet in each side of fireplace fore more storage. Bathroom tile is awful...plain would make room feel larger. There is a machine under counter in kitchen and one in bathroom....why not use a dual washer and dryer in one? Use space for something else. Alot of living for 500 sq. ft.
PEACE. I AGREE. IS THAT A REAL FIREPLACE? OR IS IT A ELECTRIC ONE?
I never like when the entry opens right into the center of the living room. Always should enter between living and kitchen. That way the bedroom(s) are always at the back end of the house.
IMO
I would not feel safe with those bedroom windows!
Washer in bathroom and dryer in kitchen.
How much is this house going for?
👌
The house is quaint and well decorated until you get to the bathroom. That tile choice is much too busy.
Where is dryer? Why not put stackable instead of just a washer. What is under sink in bathroom? I could see losing the second bedroom and some reconfiguring or kitchen. I am considering rental cabins and short term rentals. People need a dryer too. Overall it's a cute cabin. Love all the windows.
It's a washer/dryer combo
Where is one suppose to put a water heater?
I’m sure it’s a washer and a dryer, just not together
I agree the bathroom title is atrocious! Why is the there 2 washer combo? I would put in a gas fireplace instead of wood. Wood is too much work and upkeep been there done that. I would put in French doors for added security.
Take out the front bedroom, make one big space for relaxing, mingling, maybe dancing, and build it with the big windows and sliding doors facing the pool. Perfect.
@lolat7355...in other words, you prefer a different plan. You just ruined this floor plan here!
Why are there two washing machines????? There is one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom - makes NO sense. Put in a smaller sink in bathroom and a real shower/tub combo instead of a second washing machine!
Repurposed washing machine to make sink cabinet? Best idea I’ve got . Lol
Съемка плахая 😮
Colors are nice but one of the worst designs I’ve ever seen
this is THE SLOWEST show of a home EVER!!!!! 🙄🙄🥱🥱🙄🙄🥱🥱🙄🙄🥱🥱😛😛
I've seen worse. Try five minutes of exterior on an eight and a half minute video.
