Yet another awesome hologram style project 👍 I'm wondering, using this technique, what would happen if you did multiple "invisible" layers, would it have a gradient like effect on the light?

@@jedrek29tI'm thinking, if you did, let's say, 5 clear pours, one atop the other...then whack it on the lathe and make into a lamp, highlighting the layers? Not sure if it would turn out as well as I'm imagining though lol

It would save a bunch of time if you could just print the clear pumpkin on the printer, wouldn't it? :-) Would masking tape (like painter's blue tape) work too? Because the cellophane tape looks hard to clean off.
The paper tape will soak up the resin. The mold will not be sealed. The pumpkin and the rest of the mold must be of the same resin. This makes the pumpkin less visible without light

Great videos. Good ideas. Question, when I pour in stages, once dry you can always see the lines in the resin for the different pours. What am I doing wrong? Thx in advance.

The liquid you use for your printer to you keep reusing it or does it all disappear when you do your figures.
I pour the UV resin back into the container. Nothing is wasted

I love what you have done and wanted to do one of my own.
I tried doing this but my object will not illuminate under the blue LED light.
I only ran a test piece before doing the actual object which will be done with the deep pour epoxy.
The test was with art resin seeing as the pieces were small enough and I set it in the same resin and is mosty disappeared awaiting the lights. I used 3 blue LED with the CR2032 battery which lit up beautifully, but the object in the resin stayed camouflaged and did not light up at all.
Can you please advise as to what you did differently other than using the deep pour epoxy? Are there differences in LED lights? These are new to me so I just ordered some 2.8v-3.6v, 20ma blue LED from Amazon and put those together.
