Welcome to another video! During this video I try to push my canon R5 to its limits and experiment with taking long exposures handheld using my camera without a tripod. Hiking up mountains with all the gear will be a challenge for me over the coming months and I want to adapt myself and my photography so I can be more lightweight and get out more. If you make processes easier then you are more likely to get out in nature and do the things you love. We all have blocks that can restrict us, wether that's creative interest, gear or physical inability. The key to moving forwards is adapting and being true to yourself.
A lot has changed in the last two months, I gave birth to a beautiful little boy and am excited to start this new chapter in my life. I wanted to show you guys how you can make your child part of your adventures. Yes, he may be asleep in this video but in-between we had tears, tiredness and lots of soothing so don't be fooled this was a challenging video to film however I loved hiking with my little boy and want to make him part of that side of my life. I want him to have a full life filled with love, laughter, nature and adventure.

Beautiful images, waterfalls and mushrooms. Carrying baby, backpack, umbrella, and filming…..quite an amazing feat. 👏. The IBIS and lens stabilization look great, down to .5 second but I think your skills and a steady hand help. Great to see you out with your baby!

Lovely to see you and your little one still taking pictures ,have you considered using a mono pod easier to use than a tripod and still helps steady the camera for longer shots 😊👍🏻

When you are ready to consider a macro lens, the Laowa 100mm macro is very good for the money.

lovely location ...... great to be out in the autumn come rain or shine. Having a filter not really necessary for water shots with short exposure, yours came out just fine.

I miss the days when I could bundle up my kids and carry them with me, despite the fact that it's much easier to have them able to move about on their own.
