As this video has already educated us, I will add some. In case of image, deformation of hands, eyes or other body parts. Strange kind of text and the lighting. Next what if it is a video of a person. In that case only professional can identify such as in real person there will be body heat and expressions but in AI generated no body heat.

Midjourney v6 does not have issue with fingers
v6 is what I used to generate most of the images I showed from Midjourney. Of course, there were always other "oddities" when the hands were looking good though.
