Hey Sashwath, kudos to your blogs and they seem promising. By the way I started to learn about investments at the age of 25 and now I'm 28. When starting, from the place that I'm coming from, it seemed that I was an early bird but when I saw you, I'm really jealous of you having an uncle like Anand. Use that privilege wisely and kindly by keep on sharing your knowledge and experiences.
Sashwath, you shouldn't just look at debt in isolation, if you see the net debt post cash and cash equivalents, it's less than $2 billion with an operating cash flow of $7 Billion, that's not a big financial risk for the company. Well Presented, Sashwath on the company
Good. In some video I saw Anand sir said there are so many opportunities in US market to consider. This video is good one. Please come up with more companies you see and share with us. Thank you.
Could you please talk about tyre industry? My valuation says Apollo tyres and JK tyres to be cheap. Apollo is fundamental strong as per I understand. Disclaimer: Not a recommendation. Do your research. If you say tyre industry is not worth looking as per your view, Could you please say why? I am more interested in knowing where I got it wrong in terms of fundamentals
There could also be related to knock on effects from the NFL losing a lawsuit and ordered to pay $4.8 billion in fines. Keeping in mind Nike is the exclusive apparel provider for NFL.
