How to Break 90 by ONLY Hitting 14 Good Shots… (Every Shot)

Over the full round I only hit 14 good shots and still easily broke 90. That's all it takes. This is Every Shot from my round at Mickleover Golf Club, and what I consider a Good shot is:
A Good Drive = Hitting the Fairway
A Good Approach = Hitting the Green
A Good Chip/Bunker shot = Getting with in 4 Foot
A Good Putt = Holing from 4 Foot or further.
