Awesome collection! Love it! The greatest car collection in the world was the Harrah's Automobile Collection. Lived probably 3 miles from it as a kid and it was amazing every time I went. I was bummed when it was dismantled and sold off. I would not doubt if some of those cars ended up in this collection. My grandfather was one of the financiers and designers of the Tucker automobile.
Hi tappedout300xc, Thank you for viewing and sharing. Hope you see many more cars on this UA-cam Channel you enjoy. Please subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou
Without a doubt the greatest collection I have ever had the pleasure to see. I think this exceeds the Henry Ford collection at Greenfield Village , maybe even the Peterson! Thanks Lou this has been your best car story ever.
I don’t know how you are going to top this.
Hi Richard, High praise :-) This is pretty special, Lou
Lou, you did an amazing job in 30mins, I paused at almost every car that you passed by.
Hi boson, I did this video twice, because I did not get all the cars in originally in 30 minutes :-) Happy to read you are able to see this collection, Lou
LOU!!!!!
Thanks for an AWESOME video!!!! I really enjoyed watching this one!!!! I hope that some day I will be able to come to the Klairmont Kollection and see it all in person!!!! It is an amazing collection of awesome cars!!!!! I can not believe some of the cars they have there!!! I saw a 1981 DeLorean DM12, a 1974 Bricklin SV1, a 1954 Kaiser Darrin, Amphicar, 1959 Cadilllac, and a 1958 Edsel!!!! I saw the Micro cars and the American Austin or Austin Batam collection. They where really nice looking cars!!!!
I did not see any Chevy Camaro's, Pontiac Trans Am's, Oldsmobile Cutlass, Pontiac GTO's, Plymouth Cuda's, Chevy Chevelle's, Chevy Corvettes, Chevy Corvair's, 1970 Plymouth Superbird, 1969 Dodge Daytona, Ford Mustang's or other 1960's and 1970's muscle cars!!!! What happened??? They must not like muscle cars!!!!
Awesome presentation of cars from the 1940's and 1950's!!!! Lou, keep up the GREAT work!!!! I look forward to seeing more in the future!!! Thanks for making us so happy!!!!
DAVID!!!! It's time for you to go! They now are open to the public (go to the website in the description of this video for times) AND they now have some muscle cars too! Glad to read you're happy, and after reading your comment, I'm happy too!!! You're welcome and thank you, Lou

On the one hand, jealous of somebody got all these cars. On the other, thankful I get to see these cars, some I've never even heard of. Way cool.
Hi R. Kevin Daly, Well you're on the right UA-cam Channel to see cars, and I've featured 30 of them individually from this collection. Please subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou

Merry Christmas & Happy Chanukah Marshall
GREAT VIDEO!! Just a shame that these cars do not get driven.
Thank you for sharing "GREAT VIDEO!!" I appreciate that you like the video. I've offered to drive them all :-)
Just Mesmerising. I reckon that's gotta be a good enough reason on its own to plan a trip to Chigago. So many dazzling and unusual vehicles. Another great upload Lou = )
Hi MungoidHen, Glad your enjoying the videos and thank you for the encouragement, it is appreciated. Regarding the cars in the Museum, It's a private collection, but here is the good news, occasionally there is an opportunity to see the cars, here is a post from the Klairmont Kollections for you to go, enjoy, Lou "Come in and see it for yourself while supporting a great cause! www.eventbrite.com/e/klairmont-kollections-antique-100-year-auto-collection-show-for-promise-tickets-30469154060"
Very Nice Collection! Thanks for reminding us that we come into the World with nothing and leave with nothing. Of course the love of Christ is always with us. God Bless you this Christmas Season!
Hi Roger, Happy to share that message with you :-) Blessings received, and God bless you too, Lou
OUTSTADING collection!
Glad you enjoyed this one :-) Lou
Fabulous
High praise :-)
Merry Christmas! 😆
:-)
Perhaps instead of trying to cram in over 20 cars into a half-hour video split it up over the course of a few videos so it gives the viewer more time to see the entirety of each car. Doing so will allow you to get better shots and reduce the motion blur that is happening as a result of you moving around too quickly.
Hi darkeldardf, GREAT IDEA! Here is episode 1 or 6 the Gilmore Museum, Enjoy! ua-cam.com/video/5uxIQs-ItNc/v-deo.html
This is amazing .I enjoyed watching it .Thank you .When I will come to the US I am planning to come and visit. Thank you again.
This is such an amazing place, I'm glad I can share this with you, Lou
Hi Lou, those old Jaguars look very elegant....
Hi Kostas G, Agreed. So classy with all those curves in all the right places. Glad you like this one :-) Lou
WOW! Great collection!
Hi Hot Wheels TV, Glad you enjoyed this one and gave it a "WOW!" :-) Lou
Thanks Lou for another exciting Mega Auto Collection video ! Lots of history in that museum. It is beautifully laid out to really show off those classic cars. I enjoyed looking at the sets and automobile accessories. The owner is a true Car Historian. His design and layout of the museum is pure elegant. He probably is as interesting as his automobiles. Kudos to him and to you for a fine video. Thanks for sharing with us ! Chgo.
HI Mr99Boxer, Thank you for viewing, and sharing. The pleasure is mine, you're welcome, and glad you enjoy it :-)
I bet my dad worked on at least 1 of the cars in this museum
Hi Karl, Thank you for viewing and sharing, Lou

Hi Han Schenk, This one's a Whopper :-) The trick was getting it all in a video in under 30 minutes (What UA-cam allows their Partners). Glad you enjoyed the video, Lou

Thanks Lou for another great episode and a wonderful tour! I will try to find out if this collection is available for public viewing? I hope so as I am close to Chicago and would love to visit = post pandemic of course.

What a collection! !!!
Yes you certainly can't take it with you. But it's fun to enjoy it all while we are on this journey here on earth, which is just a vapor. We all need to be ready for the inevitable. Love your statement at the end. The Reason for t h e Season.
Hi JonH3234, Glad you enjoy this collection and the ending too :-) Lou

Thanks for sharing and doing your best to show as much as you could with the time restraints you were up against. The cars are of course one thing, but all the automotive paraphernalia that accompanies it looks like a week long task of its own. Thanks again and just an FYI I didn't get sick because of your twitching, FFS people take some gravol and quit whining.

I think that Rolls was done in COPPER... Not Brass... very unique find Lou ! That is some collection of vehicles.
Hi SquillyMon, The challenge is UA-cam allows me 30 minutes, so the videos moving a little fast. About 25 cars in the Collection I've done individual videos on. Glad you enjoyed the "very unique find" :-) Lou
Okay my brother I understand you and I congratulate you. is that I was wanting to continue seeing the cars that you show in your Videos
Thank you my Brother :-)
I've seen some of your videos from this place amazing cars
Hi Derek, It is an amazing place. I wanted to take a different approach an see if I could get it all in on one video, so I took a couple of videos, until this one seemed to work. Thank you for viewing and commenting, Lou

amazing , beautiful cars , i'm in Chicago area , i need to check it out !!!!
Hi MrMattC, Glad you like this one. This is a private collection, however now that you know it's out there, look for an opportunity to visit, because occasionally there is an event going on there and hopefully you can attend and see it live. Thank you for viewing and commenting, Lou
Hi MrMattC, Here is a notice from the Klairmont, please let them know if you go, you heard about the Collection from "My Car Story With Lou" Enjoy, Lou (Come in and see it for yourself while supporting a great cause! www.eventbrite.com/e/klairmont-kollections-antique-100-year-auto-collection-show-for-promise-tickets-30469154060)
(6 hours later...) We now have arrived at the 27th floor, where we have yet another 6 Rolls Royces, one which belonged to the Shah of Iran and another one to Gregory Peck, an Aston Martin, a 1930's Mercedes Benz, a.... a.... a....
THAT IS FUNNY !!
Nice collection but why didn't you do it in several segments? You went by so fast we couldn't enjoy it.
HI Russell, GOOD NEWS! If you search on the Channel I've videoed 30 cars individually from there. Here is one as an example of one of the cars, Lou ua-cam.com/video/VWeQ3FJ9LJ8/v-deo.html
Very nice collection and massive. The tour would have been better if Lou knew what a Merc 300SL is, what a Talbot Lago tear drop, is what a Merc 600 is, etc.
Hi David Weiner, Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts. Hope you Subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou

Wow! Amazing video! How can someone afford all those 1 of a kind cars?
Invest in Real Estate
Thanks Lou! I did watch another video after this one explaining that's man's life how he went to war after Pearl Harbor and was a young platoon leader and worked his butt off creating a dry cleaning biz and then invested in commercial buildings. Great story! My Grandfather came to NY from Scotland in 1932. He worked as a tile setter for the NY Subways. When your standing on any platform in NYC underground the tiles on the opposing walls designating which station your at is what he made. He died in 1964from a heart attack but his work still stands today. He bought an apt. building in lower Manhattan for $3,000 in 1937 with roughly 20 apts. in it. While it was somewhat profitable he worked his job full-time and spent the rest of his time fixing electrical and plumbing issues along with everything else for the next 3 years. Owning the building took all his time away from his family taking care of the tenants and their needs. In 1940 he was offered $5,000 for it and was happy to sell it, make a profit and get back to raising a family. My Grandmother passed in 2012. She said that building is worth millions today, but they didn't know back then how much NYC real estate would appreciate over time. He was sick n tired of fixing it!
1971 351 boss mustang
Was there one here?
HI Tommy, Here is one for you to enjoy! Lou ua-cam.com/video/DmbMFRObpjE/v-deo.html
What an absolutely marvelous collection. It's funny because in one sense i think it's too big! You don't really get to appreciate how special these cars are. You could spend a whole afternoon with just one of them. Anyone of them. I was kinda thinking you can only watch three cars at a atime, not the wole collection. Come back tomorrow and we'll show you three more. Case in point, you just skipped over a Mercedes SL 300, one of the most awesome cars ever but it was overshadowed by all the others.
This isn't a critisiscm, it's nice to have so much to look at under one roof obviously, it's just the nature of things i guess.
Hi Enkel Magnus, You're right, you could see 3 cars a day and come back for more. I've videoed individually about 25 of the cars, so at the end of the year I wanted to see if I could do the whole collection in one video. I was moving quickly, however I was able to get it all in with in 30 minutes. Thank you for sharing a comment, Lou
Wonderful collection, but I can't help but feel that they should sell some cars or find a bigger place or something. The cars are packed in too close together to really appreciate them, and the sheer number is overwhelming.
I love how in most of your videos you take the time to go over each car in detail, and back up to get a good view of the whole side as well as the front, rear, engine and interior. There's no way you could do that with these cars packed in so close together. Fortunately they have been cooperative enough to bring a few out for you to video in your usual style.
Good news. There are about 30 cars from this collection I've videoed individually.
And thank you for this wonderful tour and most importantly for giving thanks and praise to Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son.
Glad you enjoyed this video and thank you sharing you enjoyed the Praise to the One above, Lou
there has been over 10.000 religions, yet u silly americans still hold your jesus tight and believe in an imaginative sky lord. Anyway, it's a really nice car collection indeed, and a good tour.
Hi SlimJim, Glad you like the collection and tour :-) Lou
Slippin has traveled through all space and time and found there is no God. No matter man creates a million religions, Jesus will still be God, He is not a religion.
@@slippin9856 So you have real hard proof of that?!
I'd hate to be the person to check the air pressure in all those tires, that would be a full-time job!
:-)
Amazing car collection..deserving a much larger Museum building to show off the cars properly ..shame to see some shoved into the corners and bunched up so close.
100,000 feet of room, and we still need more :-)
Fun to see this great collection !!! I my self have seen this. And you did a great job in showing this overwhelming collection !!! But most of all I do than you very much for your great testimony of hour Lord > Jesus < . Good for you well done !!!! :}. Take care .
Hi Beatle Brad, Glad you enjoy the cars and the testimony :-) Hope you see many more cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
Thank you and God bless !!!
I got motion sickness.
Put down the beer
where did get your camera man
Hi Bobby, Best Buy, Lou
Where are they located?
Chicago
26:46 you said custom movie car ! What's the name of the car ?.. you didn't show it that good .
Not sure, the video is only 26:30, Lou
Is there gas and oil in these cars?
yes.
It looks custom but wtf was that at 23:01 next to the Dracula car? Oh & I know U tried to get e'thing in but I wish U woulda did the art-deco cars some justice..... oops nvrmind; U turned around to show the front end of them a min later
Hi Craig Martin, There are 30+ cars from the collection that I did feature episodes on so I hope you see many cars in the collection you enjoy, Lou
Man the camera jerking around gives me a headache. Try stopping at a few so we can take it in
Hi jet li, UA-cam allows Partners 30 minutes. There are 300 cars, gotta keep moving to get it all in. Lou
No 1962 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron? Then this collection's not complete!
You're funny :-)
Reo Royale, Lou..... not red Royale. MERRY CHRISTMAS
Hi Vincent Basso, Yes, I missed a few as I was moving through :-) Thank you for viewing, and Merry Christmas, Lou
I'm thinking you just misread a D for a O, thus Red Royale instead of Reo Royale. But its a small world, I fell in love with the Reo Royale when came across one at Hershey this year. I've seen a couple of Reo's in my car show travels over the years but they all have been from the brass era. Only once did I see another Reo other than the early cars. It was a Flying Cloud from the 1930'S. Love your enthusiasm. It's individuals like yourself that make this hobby such a pleasure to be part of !
Hi Vincent, Thanks for share and I'll see if in the future I can get a video one that one now that you've sparked my interest :-) Lou
If it sparks your interest and you want to delve farther into the Reo, then that would be a good thing. But don't feel you must do it on my account. The '32 Royale that I came across at Hershey was a great restoration. It stood out from the other cars in the row. It won a senior title in its class, so feelings about the car was confirmed. Thanks for responding
Camera goes too fast! Is not giving the chance to admire the models!
Hi Jorge Urrutia, UA-cam as a Partner a 1/2 hour. To get them all in, you have to keep moving. Hope that helps, Lou
Wow a stude. Hearse
Happy to receive a "Wow" from you :-)
Lou, I had to stop watching because I was getting seasick. You were moving the camera around just too quickly. I tried to stop on some cars and the image was blurred. I understand you were trying to get it all in in a half an hour. Maybe a steady cam id needed for such a walk through.
Hi Charles Bleile, I completely understand, I know I was hauling. I'll be back to doing "one car & Owner" at a time in January. Thanks for trying to view, and feel free to view other cars on the Channel you'll enjoy, Lou
Well, nice video loved it but too fast. I would rather you take your time and post on 6 separate videos to cover it all better. Can't see much the way you did this.
Hi Jeffrey Hochstetter, This video was more experimental to see if I could get all the cars in because UA-cam allows me only a 1/2 hour. However the good news for you is that I've videoed 30 of the cars by themselves so you can enjoy each one of them. Lou
cool collection but not complete for me if i didnt have the monkeymobile
Monkeymobile would be a good one. I'll hope to find that one soon.
Here you go. ua-cam.com/video/wlALhJzOpDg/v-deo.html
But please. Why do they shoot at that speed that you can not see anything?
Having in this museum these wonders of cars, I do not understand.
Hi Santiago Rubio, Because UA-cam allows me 1/2 hour to get the whole video in, so you keep moving. Hope that helps, Lou
Unwatchable due to rapid camera panning..
Hi Gord Baker, Please define "stupid camera work" so I can improve. Lou
The camera is being moved so quickly much of the content is blurred, objects in the way, no time for the viewer to appreciate the details. You perhaps should have made 2 videos if you were in such a hurry.
Hi Gord, UA-cam allows you 30 minutes when you're a "UA-cam Partner". Yes, I was hurrying. Understand your point on 1 of 2, and 2 of 2, however this video was a end of year experiment to see if you can get all 300+ vehicles in. Many of the cars at the Klairmont have been done individually, so feel free to review on the Channel and you'll get the indepth review you're looking at, like this one, enjoy, Lou ua-cam.com/video/YyoA_WVNxfo/v-deo.html
👍
Hope you see many more cars on this UA-cam Channel you enjoy. Please subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou
Great Video but couldnt watch it as the video twitches too much, just felt sick
Hi Shane Baker, This was a "special episode" and I was flying through there, so sorry you felt sick. Hope you'll see the other "individual" cars on the Channel and find many you enjoy, Lou
Ok
Thank you
Shall do.
I did enjoy what I saw and Made a mental note for my bucket list.
Hi Shane, You're welcome. I'm in Scottsdale AZ for more car videos and I have some fun ones coming up, stay tuned :-) Lou
I do appreciate your footage.
I share it with my elderly father who don't has a closer connection and loves that era.
Looking forward to more. ☺
Melbourne Australia
Lou, love what you're trying to do but you're moving so fast there's no time to take in what you're looking at. Please do this again now that some time has passed making it longer. Do it sections at a time or something it just wasn't enjoyable to watch. Dizzying. I'll subscribe so I can look for your update, taking time is a good thing. Cars of that quality deserve it.
Hi Michael, Taking time is a GREAT thing, however UA-cam allows me as a Partner a 1/2 and I wanted to get this all in on one video (and actually had to do it twice because my first video was 31 minutes long) so, now you know why I was hauling. HOWEVER quite a few cars are featured individually from the Klairmont Kollection and you can enjoy them at a much more normal pace. Glad you're along for the ride, and thank you for caring enough to share advise, Lou
@@loucostabile You're welcome, still could you not post sections of that collection 30 minutes at a time? I guess you would have to go back & shoot it again, the upside is you get to enjoy it up close again.
If I get the chance again, I'll break it down into parts.
Hello. With that being said, how are you? With that being said, bye now.
With that being said, thank you for viewing :-)

You have spoilt your presentation by going at breakneck speed , quantity instead of quality ☹️
Hi Paul, No question I was HAULING to get this all in (actually I did it twice) and the goal is under a 1/2 hour, because UA-cam sometimes cuts the video if more then a 1/2 hour, so yes, I was hauling to get it all in for you to enjoy. Agreed, quantity instead of quality....except this day :-) Lou
NO VOLO IS
Volo is awesome too.
Break it up and it would be a better video.
Hi D.B. Allen, There are 30 cars from this collection individually done. Lou
cars today are just bland.
Hi jaydyn tapia, Thank you for viewing and sharing your thoughts. Hope you Subscribe, and hit the "bell" so you can see all the cars when they are uploaded on this UA-cam Channel, Lou
you don't know how to take videos, you do it very fast, you don't have time to see the cars 👎
Hi oleta park tipo censillo, Seeing as a UA-cam Partner I receive about a 1/2 hour to share a video and there are 300 cars, I have to move pretty quickly, see I actually had to plan this out, and do it twice to get it all in on time, you know it's simple like videoing a Virginia Key Mountain Bike :-) Stay well, Lou
youre not doing to good at telling the people about the cars youre not saying the years your way to fast
Hi darren, You're right I'm going fast with 300 cars and UA-cam allowing you a 1/2 hour as a Partner, I actually had to do this video twice because I was over the 1/2 the first time. Many of these cars are highlighted individually and you can enjoy them that way :-) Lou
