i mean the interview sessions are good reference for the public, but still, their profile (name, image, likeness) should be kept private, to respect their privacy
if they consent to be public examples on youtube, where you specified that they agree that their profile will be publicly exposed on your platform, then there shouldn't be a problem

Indians love to fill the resume with all the technology stack and explain them by heart. Only very few practical professionals have i come across in my life. This is the bitter truth.
Very hard to get exposure to all technologies.

For current generating logs we can do ex: tail - f /var/log/messages
also grep for the required content if its populating at 100 lines per min
She just memorized books, she could not answer log file question. these freshers are acting like devops gurus
grep command to monitoring populated log file.... Great experience! You see guys, knowing a lot of slang and phrases from IT/Cloud/DevOps could easily get you a job!

I don't like candidates answer agree/disagree but the interviewer have deepen knowledge on various technologies, all necessary tools and it's purpose asweel asother aspect
So the way she answered the questions, Is this candidate selected for the role? Did she match the expectations? And what role she interviewed for?

She is completely bemused about the usage of VPC Logs and Cloud Watch Logs.
While asking bucket policy you should've changed the statement and for docker qs the comments basically gave away the answers

Nicely prepared for interview. But reality came out when coding part has come.

As such the questions are not very role or expereince specific. Can't think of a reason why this inverview would not be relvent to any role at any expereince level.

Not a single answer was straightforward. It was just key words, keywords, keywords.
Should’ve asked scenario based questions.
Too much of overacting 😂, i mean not to offend her but even i am very much interactive in the interviews but this was on a different level altogether..and for simple questions like what you know or have worked on DevOps, just simply answer the tools that you worked on. Creating branch and that unnecessary details are all annoying. It sounds more like she has memorized the answers from interviewbit or intellipat website and as soon as a question asked which she remembers just feels excited and start blabbering.
Same with ansible questions: She goes like yes configuration management tools, server upgrades, playbooks, roles but i haven't worked. She could have just said "I have the theoretical knowledge but no hands on experience"🤦

To some degree. BASH and Python are popular for automating large tasks. Learn basic programming, conditions, loops, variables, but nothing too extensive. You won't be needing to solve DSA type questions.

Good oppurtunities but would suggest them to focus on Cloud Side than app build and deploy. So more of CloudOps than DevOps.

I think I wanted to check fewscenario when cloudwatch agents are required like sending logs from EC2 to Cloudwatch Log Groups.
Also to populate memory and disk metrics..

Hi sir , when can we expect a good no of calls for 2 years experience in aws devops engineer.
If you are not getting calls at 2 years aws and devops expereinec there is something wrong in resume/linkedin. Regardless of country 2 year expereinece folks are getting calls in few weeks of effort.
Her cloud watch experience was non existent.

If we come to know that it's a strong area or weak area we like to move on to check other skills. It's a time management if you have been interviewing and allows comprehensive assessment...

kubernetes is integrated with jenkins pipeline...deployment was made but that was not successful due to crashloop back adapter...how will u debug..i mean how will u find out the reason of failure....logging into the local machine and trying to find out is not a devsecops way...so come up with a in real world practical solution@@DevOps-Cloud

Speak and practice. Make some video for our channel that you are good at.
For the question related to log collection ..we can use /temp dir where all users can access that dir ....and using Link cmd we can access latest logs.

tail -f -n 100 application.log. Basically tail -f lets you view log files -n 100 is optional.
Head and tail , basic cmds of Linux.
In Devops , dev part is mostly working with shell, yml and similar things
The biggest mistake she was keep making is saying always "WE did that" "WE did this"

The dockerfile won't be approved for production, maybe dev, test Or pre-prod... I see lot of necessary optimization
1. Minimal base image.
2. Not using a dumb initializer Or process managers to run the application.
3. Using root user by default.
4. Not using selinux features for docker.
