Well.....come back!!!, yes, we all know how important is to study, that said we focus on the bikes, my opinion (that’s you don’t ask for) I would go for the Yamaha (I don’t like Buells or Harleys) by other hand the parts if you get any would be expensive as hell!!!, good luck, I’ll be waiting for the project

Hey..! welcome back Pep..! It's lonely being an XV lover in Perth Oz.. My MidnightSpecial is looking good too. I was thinking of a XV Tr1 to restore but chanced on a BMW '89 r100gs instead. Gearbox caput but now fixed thanks to Bruce at Munich motors. Plenty to do still.
All the best with studies mate.

Hey Chiefpep. I'm desperately looking for a desent rotor assembly for my bike XV750 Virago 1981. Mine is very bad. It starts but the teeth are worn sharp on the edge with a step. Have you any OK, assembly's? I will buy one off you. I've seen you pull apart many motors and a all right one will be awesome. I'm having trouble finding one. Thanks.

I can't recall whether you said your bike was an 750, a 920 or 1100? If it is an 1100, is that bike engine just a bored out 920? Thanks. Does your bike have an XS 750 tank from about 1979?Just got to the part where you said it was a 750 :)
