Story Summary:
We’ve all heard of these stories where an average, ordinary main character magically obtains the power of a god or super being. And they go on to discover their true potential after going through difficult battles. They always dreamed of having awesome superpowers and protecting the ones they love. We all know those stories, right? Well let's change that story, shall we? What if those with powers or supernatural abilities wished for nothing but to be HUMAN again? Can mysterious mutants and creatures coexist?
Thousands of years into the future in the year 3241, the world has changed drastically due to the expansion of the planet’s atmosphere. The world is cleaner, more vibrant and life is far more beautiful than before. On the outskirts of what was once called New York, now called Callistar, there lives a small family of three. A mother and her two daughters. All three live a perfect life on the farm until one day...everything falls apart due to a catastrophic event. Due to this event, EVERYTHING changes and River (big sister) is determined to keep her sister safe, no matter the cost. Due to the fall of the moon, the world changes in beautiful and terrifying ways and it wakens new things never seen before. Will our main characters be drawn to this new world? Follow River and her family on this wild journey as they fight malicious insurgents and fight for their survival.
What lurks outside? Will they ever have a “perfect life” again? Will the truth come to light? And will the nightmares come to an end?

⚠️ Fair warning! ⚠️ this is just a small elaboration on Cure Us because if I were to unravel a fuller story, it’d be like a movie and I’m not fully capable of doing that by myself yet 😅 so this is just to give a tiny eye opener to some details of the story! I hope y’all will enjoy regardless 💙 after this posts, maybe I’ll do a quick Q&A if yall have questions since this story will not be visually continued after this. If I am to “continue” it, I’d turn it into a book

Lily’s anger with River is so… relatable. I can feel their characters through the screen and I really really Understand both their motivations. I can’t wait to see where this story goes next.

Do you know what I found? We were at first watched this. They’re picking up random artifacts from a moon. Just leave it on the ground. If my parents were there they say do not touch that. Do you want to get sick or become a monster or die, don’t touch it.

Oh my Gods, Cae!!! That was absolutely incredible! I absolutely love the characterisations! How River is serious, but still curious, and Lily is so daft and fun-loving! And that twist! And the cliffhanger! And all the visuals, and the acting, and the makeup! Absolutely stunning! I would love for Cure Us to be a book or for there to be another elaboration! I was quite literally crying when I found out the mutant was their mom, and when River had to kill her. 😭😭 I was screaming NO LILLY NO when Lilly picked up the flower. Moral of the story, I love Cure Us so much!💙

THIS WAS AMAZING🌌🪐! I love this story so much and I can't wait to see what's gonna happen next. River's new look is absolutely stunning💙. I think I can understand Lily's feelings I mean, her sister got powers, she wiped her memory thinking that would keep her safe... It's a lot to digest, I would react the same way if someone did that to me. I loved how, in the end, you can see the flower that Lily picks up and the glow in her eyes, I thinks she's gonna get powers as well! Divine job Cae🌻✨.

Incredibly done. I understand the conflict with the characters, the sister's love for their mother. I genuinely hurt for River when she explained how she is now an immortal being. The entire story is very elaborate, and I can't wait to see how the ending plays out! 🌻🌻❤❤

I can’t even put into words how much I love this. Every tiny detail is perfect, the editing, the costumes, the music, and most in importantly, your incredible acting. The emotions on River’s and Lily’s faces during the entire time, especially when they spoke with their mother just shows how talented you are Cae. Even the tremor in their mother’s voice as she begs River to kill her, it’s so so good!! Ahhhh! Love you always Cae!🌻⚔️🌻

What River’s going through sounds a bit like therianthropy.
People see it as something wonderful, and relieving, when really it’s painful, and exhausting.
Her, as well as our skin, is wrong. It isn’t ours.
