Nice list! Some of my favorites include Wayfarers of the South Tigris, Oros (worker placement action selection), My Father's Work, and Everdell Farshore.
The Great Wall!! Very long and complex, but great strategy game. Reykholt! Purest worker placement. Creature Comforts. Worker placement AND dice placement. And I will now have to check out Dinogenics. Thanks for the video.
Lift Off! Was one of my most sought after games. One of the crazy things about it, is that fact I had to go from Indiana, to Seattle Washington to find it in a store. This is such a crazy fun game, and always good for a lot of laughs.
@@jecabreradc we’ve played Dune Imperium and I liked it. But it wasn’t one I put into our collection. Hopefully all the expansions help it. Obsession is one I have wanted to play for awhile, but have had the time or chance to play it.
Great lists👍 There were several that I haven't played yet and a couple I knew nothing about! On Mars is one of my favorite games too, and I can see Apiary rise in the ranks (I've only played once).
Meadow, Flamecraft, and Everdell, I bought to play with my 8yo granddaughter, once i move to Europe from Australia. The hardest part will be translating it from English yet I can do that for her, plus my wife who also doesn't speak English. Dinogenics isn't in Australia and as someone else mentioned below....Creature Comforts looks like such a cosy cool relaxed game
@@scottrenfer2735 I can iamgine. It comes across as a "lazy" game yet I prefer to think of it as a family, Sunday afternoon game when it's cold and raining outside and going out is a horrible idea so this is a stress-free, no pressure way of passing time yet in a very enjoyable way
Many great games, but seems you need to play Come Together 🙃 And Bruxelles and Anachrony and Dwellings of Eldervale and Russian Railroads and Terramara.
@@Punkve1987 Come Together sounds interesting, and now I have the Beatles song stuck in my head, thank you. Bruxelles we got a short demo at GenCon last year and didn’t really do much for me. But it was just a one round demo, so we didn’t get to see a lot. Anachrony I played during our 24 board game marathon in 2023 , and it was the final hours of the marathon so I wasn’t that awake for it. Will need to play it again. Dwellings I loved, but have only played it once and don’t own it. More plays of it may help it climb. Russian Railroads is one I’m very interested in playing. Love train games. And don’t know a lot about Terramara.

Nobody ever talks about Lift Off! So happy to hear people talking about this game. It's crazy and very fun.

Suggest looking into Dune Imperium and Obsession. Great video!
Obsession is great, but doesn't involve worker placement ;)

Obsession is one I have wanted to play for awhile, but have had the time or chance to play it.
The Dinogenics reprint + new expansion kickstarter is coming next month finally. I waited years for it.
I love apiary! I've only played it twice (one of those was solo), but I looove that you are never actually blocked from any actions.

My favorites are Underwater Cities, Orleans, Keyflower, Caylus 1303, Tzolkin and Empires: Age of Discovery.

My 8 year old nephew absolutely loves Creature Comforts! It is his favorite game.

@@erniesulovic4734 Yeah, it's super lightweight, but there's enough there to still have fun with it while the younger kids have a blast.
Great list! What are your thoughts on Viticulture EE?

I own one you mentioned: Everdell. A majority of your lists I haven't even heard of.
The lack of Anachrony from this list is an issue.
@@tomfavazza1940 sorry about that… Neither of us have actually played that one yet.
Champions of Midgard??
