Currents really runs circles around most other bands in the scene imo, constant consistency, each release exceeds expectations, Brian is constantly improving (singing and his god sent screams), technical guitar work sent from the heavens, solid drumming, and one of the most unique/badass sounds a band has been able to produce in this current state of music. All I can say is, THANK YOU CURRENTS

I like the song but unique? That’s pushing it. It has a very basic verse/chorus/verse/chorus/breakdown song structure. There’s nothing that stands out.

@@dylanwilson490 meant them as a whole when I said unique, overall I'd definitely say they're one of the more unique bands in the scene. Too many bands sound the same nowadays, currents is in their own world

Brian Wille will always be the best vocalist in my heart, such an enthusiastic and beautiful soul, every song this guy's written is very deep and hard-hitting, I truly relate to his every song, Currents is always on point, I don't care if everyone disagrees with me, for me, this band is completely breathtaking

Hes such a sweetheart as well. Had no idea who they were went and saw them in 2018 wwhen they went on tour with Born Of Osiris and I talked a bit with him after their set and yeah he was extremely nice and seemed enthusiastic and happy someone who literally never heard of them and just saw them fell in love instantly
Currents saved my life a number of times with their earlier stuff like Shattered. Now that I recovered, and started over, I get to enjoy them still and be a part of their new music. It's something special.

Everything about this band is just absolutely fucking sick! 40 year old metal head just blown away. Tuned 7 string an octave below E? Wtf! Maintaining that kind of tone and control! Needless to say I bought a 7 string.

Brian's cleans mixed with those low growls and heavy riffs is unique af. Currents just keeps getting better. Exactly what i was hoping for from this album. Quickly made their way to the top my favourite bands list. Keep it up guys, can't wait for this album. Absolute perfection.

Honestly, these guys are one of my new favorites and I’m glad this quarantine has led to some great musical discoveries. The connection to the lyrics, the badass vocals and band shredding it up, can’t ask for much more. Can’t wait to see some live shit after this is all said and done. 🤙😎

I really don't understand how every piece of this band keeps getting better. The instrumentals are always heavy without just relying on blast beats and Brian's vocals are unreal This band started off amazing and improves with every release. Can't wait for this album!
