  • Prolonged sitting sometimes is a part of our daily life. But it has bed consequences to the back bone.
    1. It changes the normal alignment of the lumbar spine
    2. It stretches the back muscles and ligaments making it weak and prone to injury
    3. It puts a lot of pressure to the discs and can cause injury to the discs such as annular tear and slipped disc.
    How can you overcome this problem?
    1. Stand up and walk around every 20-30 minutes
    2. Do regular exercises to strengthen the back muscles.
