    Excellent presentation and beautiful jewelry! The only thing is that the music is so loud that it is very difficult to hear him. Literally have to strain to hear him above the music.

    Dillon, that was a great video bout Navajo silver ant turquoise jewellery. Very informative and wetted my appetite for some pieces. May I suggest you drop that overly loud music though. I could barely make out what you were saying and I wanted to hear it all. When/if I am in America again I will look for some of this lovely work. Thank you for showing it. 🦘🌐❤️

    I wanted to watch the video until the end but I couldn’t hear over the noise and distraction of the music. It was too loud, to be able to hear you speaking.

    You didn't mention that they used Coin Silver in the late 19th century and early 20th century they used to melt down US coins to use instead of stirling silver as it was cheaper. I have four pieces that have been passed down in our family. My daughter has them now. We are not NativeAmerican but native Americans of New Mexico? I am now past 80 and these belonged to my two grandmothers. How Blessed I feel. Almost all of my NativeAmerica jewelry has also been passed down to my daughter and grand daughter.

    Is it considered ingot if you melt silver into ingot , roll to certain length then hammerd out to desired width and shape? The finish product is cut from that.

    On my three stone bracelet, my center stone fell out. I decided to use the rubbery shoe glue to hold it in instead of just side pressure and a layer of sawdust under it for height and cushioning. This baby ain't ever falling out. But I need to know the best tool for pressing the silver wrap back up against the side of the stone.

    • @annh3599
      @annh3599 6 років тому

      sclogse1 The tool you need is called a burnisher. But any stainless, shiny, smooth object will work. Watch a video on burnishing bezels.

    Where's the original squash blossom
    Navajo tribe made the squash blossom but the Zuni tribe took the idea and make it their ideas and opinions....

    • @stasylumbassist
      @stasylumbassist 5 років тому

      Is that right? I awlays heard the Zuni Claim they Originally made those and Conchos. Idk, Zunis claim us stole their culture. Which I dont believe at all. I find it really hard for them to be anymore influential than the Hopi already had been.
