A Fremen character afforded the independence and opportunities to develop herself into one who led in determination and natural wisdom.
Chani has always been my preferred female character in the first Dune novel, and the Children of Dune TV miniseries; with the two women who portrayed her in both the 1984 original Hollywood film and the 2000 Dune miniseries each having been captivating beauties.
Your video has been a fittingly-encompassing summary of this essential person's history. My thoughts hence are as straightforward as you reveal her life's span to have been, Narrator. Not yet having read this series completely, though having listened through your Dune playlist in its entirety at least thus far, I can't opine much more deeply. Thank you for returning to the lore of Dune to give due coverage to one of the all-time classic woman characters from across all of popularized science fiction. Her sadly shortened role in the greater saga does make me pine bittersweetly for more of her character...yet all the same, Chani was exceptionally influential. Literally without her, nothing of any of the following novels would have even transpired. I always enjoy your sci-fi choices, GDN, and of course always look forward to whatever you come up with next. Until then - may the blessings of Shai-Hulud be upon you, good sir. Have an awesome weekend.
I may do a couple of more Dune ones before moving to something else again.
Grimdark uploading DUNE lore after months the same day that MandaloreGaming uploads a new review of the Homeworld games. This is a very Sandy Scifi day.
There's an old saying behind every powerful man is an equal powerful woman behind him and lady Chani was that woman she was Paul's pillar at time's when things got tough
And it did with the lost of their son
It really tested there love there but
She stood like a lion by Paul side
And this is why I love Dune it was
so different from other sci-fi novel's
and believe me I've read a lot of sci-fi novel's in my time but Dune's
Character's like Chani is why I
alway's will love the dune trilogy
of novel's also I even love that '80s
Dune movie boy the baron was really wild in that movie oh boy
Happy to see more from Dune.
Excellent videos 👌
Thank you 👍
My favorite SF series
Back to Dune lore?
Just didn't know what witcher topic to do. And there's Dune topics I left uncovered so i figured might as well. They both get low views, lol.
Thanks merry Christmas . To you , your family and subconsciberes.
Same to you!
1st to 1st, 2nd to like, 1st to watch
Concubine. There never wife label to paul muad'dib than princess irulan.
Yeah but she was wife in all the ways that mattered.
@@GrimDarkNarratorwhat mattered? Aside having paul touch and children what do chani have? He ignored her council, disrespected her often and leave her when she is in death bed. Funny. Did Frank actually thinks women feel adored and good treated like Chani was treated?
@@GrimDarkNarrator She wasn't his wife in the only way that matters
