I'm a longtime listener of yours and always find the information you share helpful and interesting. My dream is to purchase a parttime retirement property in Italy.
Ciao! Watching today Leap day from Salerno! Interesting in this area for retirement actively looking now. Headed towards Cetara today. Never thought about university area but will have a look. Love Cilento, water and train lines, Thanks!
Watching a few hours laters, but still enjoy your content. I've only visited some northern portions of Italy and so far the city that have caught my attention is Verona, I know is a turisty area but I do like the geographic position, in our next trip the goal is to visit the south. Cheers!
There are many cheaper homes there. But you should for sure focus on what you like about each zone and what you are looking for a a lifestyle. You might find it doesn't match up with the area someone suggests to you
Great to see you again! We're looking for a part-time holiday home in Le Marche around 25-30km from the beach (tops). Towns like Senigallia or Castelfidardo/Osimo look interesting. Never seen you do anything in Le Marche. What's the 1 euro house status there? TIA ❤
Hi from California. We’re looking to retire in Italy within a year looking for a retirement home in Puglia away from the tourist area with a view. How do we get in contact with you?

Is Salerno Safe For Tourists?
For sure as safe as anywhere else. Just be alert and smart about your travel and schedule
