They’re making fun of and criticising society and the pressure that makes these people feel like they HAVE to get these surgeries. That’s why they’ve got the “you’re old” lyric. cause society and media starts calling people ugly as soon as they start to age. I suggest googling Harald Glööckler (German fashion designer) in comparison to Olivier Riedel (Rammstein's bassist) in his Zick Zack costume.
