SOME TIPS to attract more customers----
1)) write shop name in Bangla with English
2)) use mostly Bangla song in restaurant
3)) your 99% customer will be local people,,,, so focus on ""make in local , make for local & Great in world "" concept
Try to add some filipino food too. Most of the times when we talk about Asian food we do not include filipino food. Let me tell you filipino food is amazing. Filipinos LOVE rice, fish and sweets JUST LIKE Bengalis. I absolutely love so many of their dishes. Also the ingredients are very common in India as well so no need to get special ingredients for this. Pancit, palabok, sinagong, egg talong, adobo, kaleskesan etc are just a few to name. Pls do look into these recipes. Thank you.
