With the skin overlays from Sketchbook Pixels they are added in the skin panel in CAS. But to customize your sims even more, i LOVE adding skin details through makeup and that allows you to change the opacity! Which can be found here: simstifulccfinds.tumblr.com/tagged/makeup

I loved this video, however i’m new to cc, I downloaded the plants she mentioned but I don’t know how to make them work, the vases/pots come separate from the plants. Can someone help me? I’m new to all of this 🥺
Hi Miriam! I recommend having the moveobjects cheat on. Then while holding down on the 'alt' key, you'll be able to freely place the plants in the pots. The 'alt' key is such a life saver for decorating in the sims! Hopefully this helps!

I don't know if I'm dumb but I can't get them to elevate, they're on the ground level and they can not be placed automatically like other cc plants I downloaded. Am I doing something wrong? and I am now a super fan of the pages you shared thanks to you :D
@@mariamreyes1646 hmm weird normally the plants are already in a heighten level to place in the pots. But what I would recommend to elevate objects - is to use this mod called OMSP - its like a box you can place objects on and with holding down Shift + Ctrl at the same time of clicking on the box you can activate the menu to elevate it. Of what I heard from others, polycount is more so the 3d pixels an objects/clothing has to make the game register it and to have the player be able to see it in detail. The higher the polycount an object has, leads to the more power your computer is going to use to render the object. Resulting in things like lag. Hopefully this helps! I dont know that much about polycount to be pro, but I would advise staying away from installing objects with too many high polycount cc if you are already experiencing lag. I always limit the amount of high poly objects that i have in my game. ? um no it's not... to download the cc - you click on the link titled "download" or "alternate link" on the left side on the page of each specific cc which then leads to either a direct download, sims file share page or sometimes a mediafire. ex: This page when you click on one of the download links on the left side below the picture: pinkdahlianow.wixsite.com/pinkdahlia/product-page/button-up-military-jacket-darte77 it then leads to this simfileshare page: www.simfileshare.net/download/1988226/ You are not meant to press the "add to cart" button as it doesn't work because it isn't an actual store. The store look is just an aesthetic choice that the cc creator choose. You are able to get their cc for free by following along to what I wrote above if you'd like.
