I just have to tell you to personally thank Grandma for feeding ALL of you kids! She's awesome ❤❤ Nurse Judi in Scottsdale AZ and Eucharistic Minister ❤❤❤
Am getting tired that this channel isn’t growing very fast. Come on people! Tell your friends! Shout from the mountain tops! It never fails that I feel good after an episode. They deserve a bigger following!
Callie is getting so big. 😊 How come you guy's don't clean all that extra straw & hay out of the loft b4 bringing more to add too it? You could probably make several square bales out of it or be good bedding the cow's. Looks like a lot of hard work again today topped off with a bit of fun for great ending of a busy job. Great video as always. I love it when you & Joel are filming abt the same time. 😊
First job I ever had was picking corn…12 years old. Got paid a dollar an hour and all the fresh corn I could carry on the mile walk back home. Hard work but I was so proud of myself. Many decades later and I grow tons of organic veggies for the family and our neighbors. This channel brings me joy!
wasn't your mom and dad happy when she had all you boys to help on the farm, and the wives and other girls all worked in the store, and then all the aunts and uncles working in the greenhouses, what a great family BTW I love your pool
reminds me of when I was a young teenager working on a dairy farm for 5 years in Eastern Ontario. Hot humid in the loft filling it up for the winter. We did 9.000 small squares of hay and 1,000 of straw. Totally honest works as you will ever get. Nice job lads!
Ok! If I’d found a snake in a bale, my day would have ended!! 🐍🐍🐍🐍. You guys are awesome, hard working and just plain fun to watch. Wish I lived closer to enjoy your harvest, but Arkansas is a little to far away to visit. Stay cool. Stay safe!

Andrew, it was great meeting you and the family last Thursday. I had a wonderful visit with Mimi and Grammy I hope all the guys enjoy the gifts I left for you. I’m sorry I forgot one for Petey. I will have to send him one. All the best. Brian.
Uncle Matt sho love him some Callie girl ❤️ That’s some real hard wrk stacking hay especially when it’s so stinkin hot. Thank you veggie boys…and girrrls 👍🏼🇺🇸
When I was young which is more years than I can count on my fingers and toes I was a summertime farm hand on my uncle's farm working with my cousin of the same age. You certainly load bales faster than we ever did.
Andrew we run a farm shop too mostly for our beef and dairy. We have honey too and eggs. My sister in law is our baker. We get veggies and fruit from local farmers and if you were local we would buy lots from you guys.
Oh my word - you're harvesting cukes and corn ALREADY?? That's amazing! I ONLY buy pickling cukes, smaller seeds and much better tasting than the bigger ones. Andrew you are always so positive and endearing, I cannot imagine you have a cranky bone in your body! I remember those hottest days of summer in the haymow stacking bales of hay. Many times, we chopped up an innocent snake in the hay bales. Wish we could have seen y'all jumping in your pool......
I always buy my sweet corn and other veggies from local farmers. It's a bit more pricey than the big box stores but the quality is way above and I appreciate all the hard work that goes into local farming. Great harvest veggie boys and girls!
It is amazing how much energy y'all have, my goodness! Always so very busy but y'all seem to enjoy your work and love your farming life! Love your videos, always so informative and entertaining plus watching Callie is Always a treat, and watching what Grammy is up to in the kitchen, what an amazing woman! Y'all are so lucky to have her!
Love this channel. It is one of our favorite channel. You veggie boys and girls do an awesome job. Love seeing the process from seeds to beautiful vegetables! Keep the videos coming!
Hahahaha! I busted out laughing when you said some folks mentioned you missing peas became I thought I saw you miss some also. Love you guys and always look forward to your videos. Would love to come for a visit and bring a truckload of veggies back to southeast Georgia.
Here in the UK we call pickling cucumbers gerkins. I used to have a veggie plot neighbour from Poland she grew huge crops of them. Quite amazing how many on each plant.
When I went to Kansas to work on family farms in the 1960s, NO one ate Tacos for lunch or dinner. We have become so much more international in our food and that is a good thing.
It's great you are getting sweet Corn and pickles. I used to unload hay and straw in the barn. It is hot and hard work. Bet you felt better after taking a swim in the pool. Always enjoy your videos . Take Care and Be safe on the farm. Peace Out
I've grown eureka variety here in Brazil and indeed it is a good variety, with vigorous plants and resistant to diseases, but we stopped growing them because it didn't produce as much cucumbers as we expected. We usually grow threlised tomatoes, using an X structure of bamboos and wires, and after we finish harvesting tomatoes we grow cucumbers or green beans in the same structure and in the same year.
I would love to buy some of those pickling cucumbers but I live in Israel, Haha! I love your videos, family and farm, and especially the harvesting videos. I watch your videos every morning you post them while I exercise on my exercise bike! Hoping for all the best for you all and for much success this year.
Back in the mid 1970s, my Arkansas Granny went for a trip home and stayed a month. While she was gone my parents planted her veggie garden at her home in metro Detroit. They planted the green beans next to the corn. By the time my Granny returned home, the beans were climbing the corn. By the time the beans were ready to pick, they were all wrapped up the corn stalks. My mother knew nothing about gardening, but my dad grew up helping his parents and should have known better. I'll always remember my Granny in her garden apron, standing at the end of the rows, hands on her hips, shaking her head and sighing 'uhhhuuu'.
Granny used stakes and tied strings in between for the beans to climb. She didn't much like the beans in the corn, lol. I asked my dad if he remembered doing that a little bit ago. He said yes, he was planting the rows alphabetically. Beans, corn, dill...
I remember my Moeke entering the rows of corn, picking it, shucking it and eating it right there in the field. It’s my favorite way of eating it too. 😘😋😋😋😋
I have to crack up. My wife loves any and all veggies, and loves salty, but my four kids love them less than her, and more like me. Callie is going in the right direction in her veggie love!
The pickling cuc’s look great. I’d love a couple baskets to make dill pickles. I’ve always thought the worst job on farm was putting hay up in the barn. At’s hot and dirty and not a breeze in sight.
I really Envy you Guys. I was Born in A Soybean Wheat Cotton and Milo Farm dad starting taking taxes out on me when I was 10 In 1972. Keep up the Great work
Andrew is the best. Some try to imitate but do not come close. He is educating and entertaining. Real people- good people. Andrew eating corn on the cob reminds me of my mother. She loved fresh sweet corn and would eat 6 ears easily. She canned her corn but my sister liked to freeze her corn to preserve it. What about you all? Canned or frozen for winter time? Love this channel. Hello to all the girls, especially Callie❣️
Maybe you all should put that straw up in the mornings. Perhaps starting your day a little earlier to avoid the afternoon heat. I don't know how you all stood it for 5 hours. Great video! I love it when you boys are working together.
Andrew just so you know I’ve been a subscriber longer than I can remember and your channel always gets my thumbs up! I really like it when everyone says hi I’m Andrew, Joel, Petey, Gavin not to mention all the wonderful girls etc etc! All y’all please stay safe and keep well!!!
I planted cucumbers this year and they have taken OVER my whole garden! I knew they were going to vine out, but I didn't realize just how much. I'll definitely be planting them on a taller trellis next year!
I often wondered what y’all did with that loose straw that fell off the bales. I loved the fast forwarded background music on that video. Lol. All your videos are awesome. I enjoy them so much. Thank you so much for making them. Love y’all. ❤️
I just have to tell you to personally thank Grandma for feeding ALL of you kids! She's awesome ❤❤ Nurse Judi in Scottsdale AZ and Eucharistic Minister ❤❤❤
The sound of picking corn=ASMR - Cant wait for the ASMR sound of picking peppers, that’s the best one 😊
I always hit thumbs up even before I watch the video ❤️
Too kind!

It’s ok. We have the best community.
@@theveggieboys and online a lot of times smaller community is better.
It's growing slowly but surely it's growing bro 🤟💪💯
I agree, I always feel good after watching. Callie is the cutest💗🌽🥦🥬🫑🌶🥔🍅
So true I enjoy watching their videos. It’s just good vibes 😃
What I really love is the fresh, squeaky, crunchy sound of these vegetables being harvested. It makes me hungry!
Harvest day!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Greetings jake 😊😊
This is the best farm channel on UA-cam
I liked the haystacking sequence with the background music.
Callie is getting so big. 😊

I have been with veggie boys since under 50k. They have really grown
Aloha Andrew 🤙🏽Yes! Stay Hydrated 🏄🏽♂️💫😊🤙🏽🙌🙌🧜🏽♀️
That was fun watching in high speed. But, lugging hay in the heat..SHEESH, a hot itchy mess. Everything is looking excellent! Great video, as always.
I would love to see you when you are fertilizing your plants
Watching your channel is like watching an episode of The Waltons (ask Grandpa). Without the drama…. But good family values. Thanks Andy!

Your crops look so good. Enjoyed the video ❤❤
wasn't your mom and dad happy when she had all you boys to help on the farm, and the wives and other girls all worked in the store, and then all the aunts and uncles working in the greenhouses, what a great family BTW I love your pool
Glad to hear you use that pool. I hope you do at least daily. I’d skip lunch for a cool swim.
Wow I love vegetables god bless
Tell Joel to save a couple of those salt licks for the straw barn. 😂

7:03 Hey Andy, is that an ear of corn in your pocket or are you just happy to see us? 😂
I think that we need to see a video of all of you enjoying the pool after a hard days work. Perhaps also teaching Callie to swim.
Should have a ❤button instead of a 👍because me and my whole family simply love watching you guys. Looking forward to the next one.
Ok! If I’d found a snake in a bale, my day would have ended!! 🐍🐍🐍🐍. You guys are awesome, hard working and just plain fun to watch. Wish I lived closer to enjoy your harvest, but Arkansas is a little to far away to visit. Stay cool. Stay safe!
I love to have my own farm like this in the future. Just watching this makes me feel relax 😌
I agree with some of the other comments. This channel should have many more subscribers. Love this family.❤❤❤

Now my day is made...a video from Andrew and the Veggie Boys!!!
Thanks!
Andrew I'm surprised that the farm doesn't have a few beehives to aid in pollination
I was wondering about pollinators, too. They must have some to get such good crop yields.
i really love how peety says his name!!
Andrew, it was great meeting you and the family last Thursday. I had a wonderful visit with Mimi and Grammy I hope all the guys enjoy the gifts I left for you. I’m sorry I forgot one for Petey. I will have to send him one. All the best. Brian.

Finally sweet corn, know I'm waiting for the peppers
I really wish I lived near your farm!!!! I would be buying everything!!! Fabulous job team ❤
Cucumbers are looking good 😋 😋 😋
Sweet corn without pesticides, yummy. I can just taste it in my air fryer. 😀
I always feel so good after these great videos from this wonderful family. From another grower, my hat is off to you guys. You are simply great!
To all the farmers here's a question. Why did The Veggie Boy's not clean the loose straw down to the hay loft floor?
Watching you Boys stack straw bales made me break out in a sweat and my arms started to itch. Thanks for the memories.
I may or may not have rewatched the big playlist from the beginning 5 times in the last year…keep watching, keep talking, keep liking!
Glad to see the quad could haul the big wagon. Seems like it was a pretty good purchase, and its alot of fun too😂
When I was young which is more years than I can count on my fingers and toes I was a summertime farm hand on my uncle's farm working with my cousin of the same age. You certainly load bales faster than we ever did.
It’s a Darn Shame that there is Not a Mail Order Vegetable Website from OCHS FARM up in Pennsylvania. 😬👍🙏
Andrew we run a farm shop too mostly for our beef and dairy. We have honey too and eggs. My sister in law is our baker. We get veggies and fruit from local farmers and if you were local we would buy lots from you guys.
Mimi & Grammy need more camera time . We love all of you . dont be shy Veggie Girls!

Watching those bales get stacked must have been what the ancients saw building the pyramids! But you guys are MUCH FASTER!!!
You guys work so hard.
Stay hydrated.
You guys are really tough. No gloves unloading in the barn and short sleeves too. This city boy wouldn’t last an hour. You guys are hard workers.
Yes the corn is ready! That’s so good to hear.
That pool dip was well deserved after working in the hot hay barn all afternoon. Great job. Corn and pickles look great. Snake - yikes!
Love this channel. It is one of our favorite channel. You veggie boys and girls do an awesome job. Love seeing the process from seeds to beautiful vegetables! Keep the videos coming!
Tôi nghĩ rằng mình sẽ thèm ngô khi ngắm một vườn ngô thật rộng lớn😊
I'll bet if you ever needed a dip in the pool, today was sure the day! Another great video. All of your family are hard workers.
Great cuc harvest.
Thankful you didn't show the snake, so scarry!
Glad you guys took a swim after that Super Long HOT day . Rest well.😊
I'm getting anxious for pumpkin and mums.
I'm ready for fall
Hahahaha! I busted out laughing when you said some folks mentioned you missing peas became I thought I saw you miss some also. Love you guys and always look forward to your videos. Would love to come for a visit and bring a truckload of veggies back to southeast Georgia.
I did too! I was yelling at the screen, you missed a bunch!!! Lol
Here in the UK we call pickling cucumbers gerkins. I used to have a veggie plot neighbour from Poland she grew huge crops of them. Quite amazing how many on each plant.
I gotta say Andrew, stacking hay doesn’t look like a fun job🥵!! You got a great pickling cucumber haul🤗!
You know you're a Veggie Boys (and gurls!) Fan when all 9 of your UA-cam accounts go off at once to notify a new video dropped 😂
When I went to Kansas to work on family farms in the 1960s, NO one ate Tacos for lunch or dinner. We have become so much more international in our food and that is a good thing.

I saw the Facebook post that the boys are picking "pickles" today, was hoping to see the video show up!

Very interesting! Thanks for being here and sharing :)
@@theveggieboys you are welcome! I admire your work and follow your channel for a long time.

Omgoodness Callie is getting so big and adorable... hope your home is coming along... Glad you are getting some rain!!
You guys must be incredibly strong! Hard work and happy at the same time. Love your videos!
I wish that I lived close to your farm. I would spend so much money. Lol.
Back in the mid 1970s, my Arkansas Granny went for a trip home and stayed a month. While she was gone my parents planted her veggie garden at her home in metro Detroit. Love your story.
Thats the way some gardener plant green beans
Granny used stakes and tied strings in between for the beans to climb. She didn't much like the beans in the corn, lol. I asked my dad if he remembered doing that a little bit ago. He said yes, he was planting the rows alphabetically. Beans, corn, dill...
I LOVE this family!!!!!!!!
I might say a very hot sweaty day Keep hydrated. 98 degrees again today.
I remember my Moeke entering the rows of corn, picking it, shucking it and eating it right there in the field. It’s my favorite way of eating it too. 😘😋😋😋😋
You should look into getting a seatbelt adjuster for Callie for the 4x4.
Veggie Guys!! This barn looks like a great place for Varmits, SWEAT, and FIRE!
I have to crack up. My wife loves any and all veggies, and loves salty, but my four kids love them less than her, and more like me. Callie is going in the right direction in her veggie love!

Hello,
Do you folks ever have a problem with cucumber beetles? If so, what do you use to get rid of them?
Maybe you all should put that straw up in the mornings. Perhaps starting your day a little earlier to avoid the afternoon heat. I don't know how you all stood it for 5 hours. Great video! I love it when you boys are working together.
I agree that more people aren’t watching them. So go and watch them.
Thank you for always taking us along and explaining. I have actually learned from your teaching! Thank you!
Looks like an awesome harvest so happy your farm is doing so good n Ms.Callie turning into a doll she is so precious
My first year doing a garden from seeds . I just got my first harvest of cucumber 🥒 and peppers .
Amazing veggies and a good day's work. Callie is blessed to grow up there.
Thank you for your upbeat attitude. Your positive outlook is great. You are really educating people as to what it takes to produce fresh food.
Shoot, ya'll loading bales in the heat if the day made ME tired. ❤
Such hardworking guys. So glad you got to cool off in the pool.
I planted cucumbers this year and they have taken OVER my whole garden! I knew they were going to vine out, but I didn't realize just how much. I'll definitely be planting them on a taller trellis next year!
Watching you all harvesting the veggies very satisfying. I just wish I had a market like yours in my area of Colorado.
I always plant Boston pickling cucumbers and if you plant in the sign of the feet you will get double the harvest
I often wondered what y’all did with that loose straw that fell off the bales. I loved the fast forwarded background music on that video. Lol. All your videos are awesome. I enjoy them so much. Thank you so much for making them. Love y’all. ❤️
Good show thank you All
Im glad you brought in the extra help. Petey on site. Remember long hot days in the mow.😅
